The Fromagerie du Plan is located at the entrance of the village in Pralognan-la-Vanoise. Samantha and Pierrick are farmers and offer their products for direct sale. Moreover, some of the products made in the Prioux mountain pasture in summer are found on this stall. Beaufort d'alpage, raclette, yoghurts, tomme... To complete the picture, they also selected other farm products. The products smell of authenticity and know-how.

ENTRE LAC ET MONTAGNE

On the road to Revard, a large cheese factory where you can find local cheeses. The fruit is located right next door. The volumes of the Bauges and Tommes de Saint-Ours are refined here for the fruit of the Fromagerie Cheese Factory for five to seven weeks and will cover a beautiful flowered crust before being ready to eat. You will also find Savoy Cheese, Beaufort, abundance, reblochon. Some wines from Savoy from the cellar of Cruet, from génépi, from the jam of the Ferme farm, from Savoy honey, from Chautagne snails are also available to concocter beautiful baskets of local produce.

LA CHEVRETTE DE BLANDINE

The cheese dairy La chevrette de Blandine is located below at the entrance of the village of Montmiral. You will be kindly welcomed by the Gilibert family, owners of the 170 dairy goats on the farm. This family business transforms the milk from their herd into tommes (white, hard, ashy, with dried tomatoes...), faisselles, bûchettes (fresh, ashy, with herbs), apéri'chèvre.... You will also be able to get goat sausage, nuts and cooked dishes made with goat meat. You didn't stop over for nothing!

GAEC LABEL GRANGES

It is in Poizat, in the Ain region that Delphine and Florent are reviving the farm tradition of Bleu de Gex! They join the small circle of manufacturers of this typical cheese, which includes only 5 workshops and is distinguished by its production on the farm. The last one, located in La Pesse, had stopped the tradition more than 40 years ago.

Florent was already making tomme and the farm being in the PDO zone, it is quite naturally, at the request of Delphine, that they started. True enthusiasts, they regularly offer activities on the estate.

If you'd like to taste authentic Cantalien cheeses, the dairy cooperative has been a sure bet since 1938. Firmly rooted in the region and supported by 22 producers, its milk, produced under the Cantal PDO protected designation of origin, is a blend of the basaltic terroir of the Planèze and that of the banks of the Truyère. You'll find all Auvergne cheeses, milk, yoghurts in the fresh section, and local produce from the region.
