Moreover, some of the products made in the Prioux mountain pasture in summer are found on this stall. Beaufort d'alpage, raclette, yoghurts, tomme... To complete the picture, they also selected other farm products. The products smell of authenticity and know-how.

You will be kindly welcomed by the Gilibert family, owners of the 170 dairy goats on the farm. This family business transforms the milk from their herd into tommes (white, hard, ashy, with dried tomatoes...), faisselles, bûchettes (fresh, ashy, with herbs), apéri'chèvre.... You will also be able to get goat sausage, nuts and cooked dishes made with goat meat. You didn't stop over for nothing!

They join the small circle of manufacturers of this typical cheese, which includes only 5 workshops and is distinguished by its production on the farm. The last one, located in La Pesse, had stopped the tradition more than 40 years ago.
Florent was already making tomme and the farm being in the PDO zone, it is quite naturally, at the request of Delphine, that they started. True enthusiasts, they regularly offer activities on the estate.
