The resort boasts well-maintained and varied slopes and options for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. In summer, visitors can enjoy superb hiking, mountain biking and climbing, exploring the spectacular scenery that surrounds the resort.

Immerse yourself in the heart of this ski area and discover the incomparable access it offers to the 3 Vallées slopes, a true marvel that stretches over 600 km, making it the largest ski area in the world. The family resort of Bernex boasts a unique panorama of Lake Geneva and the Mont-Blanc massif. It is accessible to skiers of all levels, who can enjoy 22 runs totalling some 30 km of descent. There is a snow line for children under 5 and lifts, including 3 chairlifts, for beginners and experts alike. In addition, two Nordic ski circuits offer a different way of discovering the landscape. Bernex has been awarded the "Station Verte" (Green Resort) label, and offers numerous hiking trails, as well as mountain bike trails in summer.

Departure from the gîte La Fruitière for an excursion of around 1h30 through the mountain pastures, offering spectacular panoramic views towards the Pointe d'Andey and the Leschaux rocks. This 5 km route, relatively flat with a 50 m difference in altitude, is accessible to all and is an ideal opportunity to discover the daily life of the inhabitants of the Solaison plateau. In winter, take advantage of all the activities of the Nordic domain of La Praille - 53 km of marked and groomed cross-country ski trails in skating and alternative, 25 km of marked trails for snowshoeing, play area... - by renting your equipment directly at the Inn. Skis, sleds and snowshoes are waiting for you with all the advice of experts to enjoy yourself. In summer, you can rent bikes to ride the trails. On your return, you can enjoy a good meal at the Auberge.

At Alpe d'Huez, happiness is served on a platter. A high plateau that becomes, in every season, an immense playground for sports, leisure and relaxation activities in the best conditions. With 300 days of sunshine a year, Alpe d'Huez stretches out into the mountains to offer the world's largest ski area. 250 km of pistes with a 2,200 m vertical drop, 10,000 ha of snow, 840 of which are skiable, for incredible sensations. In addition to these numerous slopes, including the famous Sarenne piste (16 km, the longest black run in Europe, with over an hour of descent!) and the terrible Tunnel piste (crossing the mountain and leading to a vertical wall with 35% gradient!), the Alpe d'Huez Grand Domaine Ski (5 resorts and 2 villages) offers numerous fun areas and an exceptional off-piste domain with almost 70 itineraries. In summer, the slopes get even bigger, offering mountain bikers 2,610 m of vertical drop. The 30 km Mégavalanche is the longest downhill run in the world! And Grande Galaxie VTT becomes the biggest mountain bike site in France. An impressive range of activities is on offer: swimming, climbing, fitness at the Palais des Sports, ice skating, golf, aerial sports such as paragliding, not forgetting one of the resort's emblematic sports: road cycling and the mythical 21 bends. Carole Gauthier will take you on a snowshoe hike to her alpine chalet, where you'll enjoy a delicious Savoyard meal together. On the heights of Mieussy, the chalet offers breathtaking views of Pic Marcelly, Mont Blanc and Le Môle. At sunset, it's not unusual for the sky to set ablaze. Once you've warmed up, put on your snowshoes again and set off along a different path, under a starry sky. Don't forget your poles and mountain boots.

The Speed Dragoz is Les Carroz's rail tobogganing track, which offers some great thrills. Departing from the Kédeuze gondola, you can take your sled, alone or in pairs, through the forest to the starting point. Take in the scenery on the way up, and on the way down, everything speeds up! Gliding, bends, hair blowing in the wind, and perhaps the amused cries of your passenger. Laughter guaranteed at the finish! Fancy trying out a new activity? Biathlon is coming to La Stèle this year. On the program: cross-country skiing and archery. The track is just under a kilometer long, with a penalty ring, a 10 m and 50 m shooting range and a fun zone. No fewer than 15 shooting lanes are available for groups. This activity can be enjoyed alone or with a teacher. Advantage: this activity is adapted to be practiced in the middle of summer, without snow. A new discovery in the Auvergne!

Run by Julien, a qualified professional musher, and his pack of around 30 dogs, Auvergne Traineau can turn your vacation into an unforgettable experience. Whether by sled, cani-kart or cani-marche, you can discover the wonderful tracks of the Charlannes plateau all year round. Services are available for cani-karters aged 3 and over, and for cani-walkers aged 6 and over, and are also suitable for people with reduced mobility. Megève-Raquettes is a travel agency based in Megève. They offer a snowshoe excursion specially designed for families with children. This easy snowshoe outing lets you enjoy nature with your children. A warm drink and snack are provided in a cosy yurt high above Megève. Children aged 6 to 15 are welcome. The outing lasts around 2.5 hours, from 9.45am to 12.15pm. The group is limited to a maximum of 12 people. Meet at 220 route du Planay in Le Planellet. Return to the same place. To get to the starting point, you can use your own vehicle or public transport. The free bus line number 2 runs every 20 minutes from Megève.

The Col de la Faucille in Mijoux is home to one of Europe's longest rail toboggan runs. This tourist attraction is a must for thrill-seekers. The track is over a kilometer long, with tight bends and gradients of up to 37%. Speed enthusiasts can enjoy the track in complete safety, while other visitors can have fun at their own pace. Children measuring 1.35 m and over can access the activity on their own, provided they have the permission of their parents or guardians. Children under 1m35 must be accompanied by an authorized adult or teenager. Children under 5 years of age are not allowed to take part in the activity, even if accompanied.

Located in the town of Bernin in France, Eskaléo offers mountaineering and climbing activities. They also offer canyoning and via ferrata in the Jura. Via ferrata in the Jura is a sport climbing activity in a natural environment, offering magnificent views of the surrounding landscape. Canyoning in the Jura is an aquatic activity, fun and refreshing, allowing you to descend the waterfalls of a river in the middle of nature. Via ferrata sites are located at Moirans-en-Montagne, Morez and Pic de l'Aigle. The canyoning sites are close to the towns of Saint-Claude and Foncine-le-Bas.
