GLACIER DE LA GRANDE MOTTE

The Grande Motte glacier is a must-see, despite its seemingly small size. It rises to an altitude of 3,656m. Accessible in both winter and summer (late June to early August), this glacier offers a unique experience. Ski on almost eternal snow along the 20 kilometers of trails and 750 meters of vertical drop. The more adventurous can tackle the moguls or the snowpark, while mountain bikers can take the funicular back down to Val Claret.
