La Coloc' de la culture is a place dedicated to art, culture and more particularly to live performance. It is the public stage of the city of Cournon-d'Auvergne, its season welcomes shows of all disciplines and for all ages. As a stage of national interest - art, childhood, youth -, it focuses on young audiences, particularly thanks to the 25 shows scheduled as part of the Puy-de-Mômes Festival. La Coloc' offers a wide variety of shows by regional and national companies, both recognized and emerging! It also accompanies artists in residence throughout the year. The "Les Brankignols" theatre takes its name from the troupe formerly formed by Louis de Funès, Michel Serrault and others. This pocket theatre has a limited capacity but it feels good. All types of shows for children and adults are available: theatre, magic, puppets, poetry, clowning, concerts... The stage is mainly occupied by amateur troupes who face an audience eager to spend a pleasant moment of relaxation. Managed by an association, this small theatre also offers courses for both children and adults.

The history and the past of this place are rich of a legend whose protagonist is the emblematic lord Jacques de Gouzolles, lord of Ludaix and Granges and squire of François I. He disappeared in the 16th century and neither he nor his precious treasure were ever found. It is said that one evening, he saw a golden goose in a basement. The lord can't help but enter this underground room and finds himself locked in. Face the riddles of this temperate vaulted cellar lit only by candles and bring back the golden egg.

Since June 2023, Delirium Café has taken the place of the emblematic Café des Jardins, a historic establishment in the center of Saint-Etienne. Inside, pink elephants embellish the setting. The emblem of the Delirium brand of Belgian beer, produced by the Huyghe brewery, is also visible. Last August, the Hive celebrated its first year of business with a bang. A very young cocktail bar, for the most part, aimed at a clientele that is just as young. In the middle of the countryside, in this former "mounted ball", the Source is an artistic bar which offers you game afternoons, concerts, Irish sessions, folk dance workshops every last Thursday of the month... and even theatre every Thursday at 6pm!
