A nice sunny terrace on one of the most beautiful places of Clermont-Ferrand? It's at Le Derrière that we'll meet you. Whether it's for lunch, coffee, tea or an aperitif, it's a safe bet in the Place de la Victoire. The reception reserved by the team is always nice and very dynamic. The brasserie service offers salads, daily dishes prepared with fruits and vegetables from Murol and Cébazat. Even the eggs are from Puy-de-Dôme. The establishment is committed to using seasonal products, from short circuits and also from sustainable agriculture. Summer and winter, the terrace is always full and it is easy to understand why!
