This incredible boutique is housed in a former ^15th-century church. If not for a shopping spree, the premises are well worth a visit. Château Haut Colombier, located on one of the highest hills in the Blayais region, represents a centuries-old winegrowing tradition. For 8 generations, this family of winemakers has passionately preserved this 33-hectare estate, which has been organically farmed since 2011. Their red, white and clairet wines, made with a skilful blend of modern techniques and traditional methods, are a delight for connoisseurs. Visit their tasting room to discover their AOP Blaye and Blaye-Côtes de Bordeaux wines. These passionate winemakers will be delighted to share their expertise in the vineyards with you.

Oenologists' opinions. Château Haut-Colombier, Blaye contrôlée, 2006: Dark ruby color. Open, evolved nose with notes of licorice, blackcurrant, cinnamon, cooked fruit, plum and spicy oak. Ample on the palate, melted, coated tannins, fine structure, notes of black cherry and stone.

Château Haut-Colombier 2010, Grand vin de Bordeaux, Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux: dark garnet-red color. Complex nose of raspberry, blackberry and cocoa powder. Rich, full-bodied palate, with enveloping tannins.

A philosopher by training and originally from the Netherlands, Vanno Jobse takes a different, detached view of the Bordeaux vineyards and their wines. He therefore proposes atypical wines that break the codes, corresponding to his values: always organic, natural or biodynamically produced, the wines of the winemakers and producers he selects deserve their place in the spotlight! And as there's nothing better than tasting to convince you, tastings (free of charge) are regularly organized in the boutique to discover these nuggets.

Like Obelix with the magic potion, Mélodie Boileau and Thibault Dussert know the world of wine inside out. In fact, the family has been publishing the annual Dussert-Gerber Wine Guide since 1972. Brother and sister already ran the Gradignan boutique. Now they're back in Arcachon. And when your name is L'Amour du vin, you do it well. Here, we sell at the same price as at the estate! What's more, it's not uncommon for the winemakers themselves to come and show you their wines for guided tastings.

Located in a small downtown street, this stall is dedicated to beers. But not just any beers: only those from French craft breweries. As you enter, you'll meet Cloé, a passionate brewer who will guide you with a smile through this colorful world. The bottles - over 450 references - come from all over France, even from Charente-Maritime. Amber, blond, fruity... you'll even find ephemeral beers!

It's a privilege to discover a wine estate, share in the winemaker's passion and enjoy a tasting in the best possible conditions. Domaine Gutuzia, represented by Cécile and Sébastien, is located in the hills above Saint-Etienne-de-Baïgorry. AOC Irouléguy, it produces a Tannat-based rosé, a Gros and Petit Manseng-based white and tannic Tannat-based reds vinified in Dolia (amphorae). An educational visit to a vineyard is a must (except for the tasting). We also offer a 47 m² mobile home.

The Argentonnay craft brewery, which produces several kraft beers: blond, white, pale and flavored (chocolate, honey...). It also produces the excellent Mon Chéri gin. Le P'tit Brasseur opens its doors to you every Saturday afternoon, between a tour of the facilities and a tasting session. When a native of the North moves to the Périgord, he brings with him a taste for beer! Among the 220 different beers (for over 300 references) you'll find in this beer cellar, there's plenty that smacks of the Nord, from the Aisne to Belgium, not forgetting the Oise. The grandson of a brewer, Arnaud advises with taste and good humor in this unusual cellar, built entirely of Périgord stone. Whether you're looking for a prestigious beer or a more everyday reference, he'll be able to guide you every step of the way!

Oenologist at the Haut-Poitou winery for 15 years, Isabelle Bureau decided to live her passion to the full and became a winegrower. Although her six hectares of vines are located in Beaumont and Marigny-Brizay, her winery is in Ouzilly, in her barn. Her small vineyard allows her to pamper her grapes, bringing out the aromas that best reflect the terroir. Thanks to the many grape varieties grown on her plots, she produces both AOC Haut-Poitou and IGP Val de Loire wines, such as her elegant Sauvignon gris.

For four generations, the Bourdier family has been producing wine in the Haut-Poitou PDO and Val de Loire PGI. Independent winegrowers, they work as small craftsmen to offer a wine in their image, working in a reasoned manner. On their 33 hectares of vines, they produce three ranges of wine: the authentic, matured in stainless steel vats; the special vintages with the names of precious stones matured in barrels; and the traditional methods. Surrounded by the vines, you will enjoy a tasting or even, by reservation, a visit and a meal on site.

Brasserie de Bellefois, a historic brewery in the Vienne region, continues to tantalize the taste buds. Ideally located, its Brew Pub, a bar beautifully decorated in wood and metal, is the perfect place to enjoy tapas or a plank, a dish from the nearby foodtruck, watch a match broadcast or a concert and, of course, enjoy a Neuville beer. Bellefois is constantly expanding its range of seasonal beers, IPAs and organic beers, all of which can be found in the boutique. For the curious, tours of the brewery are available by appointment for groups of 10 or more.

It is in the pretty village of Salles that the Weasel of the Brasserie du Val de Sèvre is hiding. On the labels of the beverages, she poses, not without humor. In this micro-brewery, David Ollivier will only offer you organic beers, produced with barley from Poitou-Charentes, hops from the Vendée and sometimes even from the rooms, since the brewery has its own hop field. As for the taste, La Belette remains traditional. The brewer produces and bottles on the spot.

Listed as a historic monument and winner of the Heritage Lottery, the fortress stands amidst the vines. Owned by Sandra and Gilles Colinet, it is currently being restored in an eco-responsible manner. The 13-hectare vineyard is farmed organically. Its exceptional tuffeau terroir enables it to produce wines of ageing potential and character, which are expressed under the Saumur and Saumur Puy-notre-dame appellations.

Pixte, the Basque aperitif par excellence, can be found in wine shops and delicatessens throughout the Basque Country. A pure beverage from a secret family recipe, developed over half a century, it's an aperitif with notes of cherry, almonds and various touches, but not too sweet, and a subtle blend of red wine and various local spirits. A French spirit with Landes influences! Arsène and Guillaume met in Hossegor and shared a taste for the local culture. The idea of creating a brand of Gin was born. As an emblem of the region, they chose the maritime pine of course. But also surfing in its street art spirit! Subtle and elegant on the palate, Gin 40 is the fruit of an artisanal maceration essentially based on plants. Tom is no stranger to night-time cocktail enthusiasts, having cut his teeth at the late-night Prohibido bars in Bayonne and Biarritz. Now at the helm of this concept store in one of Bayonne's pedestrian shopping streets, our expert bartender offers a selection of exceptional wines, the finest spirits and signature cocktails, and a wide range of tableware. We also offer private tasting evenings in a magnificent vaulted cellar, adding a touch of intimacy to the setting.

Installed in a former wine storehouse of 300 m² in the village of Lugasson, 5 minutes from Rauzan, the Guyenne brewery-distillery is a story of friends! There is François, the production manager, Hugo, the administrative manager, and Arnaud, the sales manager. Together, they will create the first pastis in Gironde in July 2022. And with zero sugar! They also produce whisky, gin and beer. Gin distillation workshops are offered via Wecandoo.

A unique timeshare concept! The adventure began (well, almost) in 2012, when 430 individuals, including Yannick Evenou, became the proud co-owners of Château Réaut. Today, there are almost 600. The new vat and barrel cellar saw the light of day in 2018. Since then, they have built a superb restaurant with a roof terrace overlooking the vines and the Garonne River. Awarded a Best of Wine Tourisme and a People's Choice Award in 2023, La Table de Réaut only opens for lunch on Thursdays and Fridays, with a 72-hour advance booking.

Did you know that Château Fayau is just a short walk from the bastide town of Cadillac? In just 15 minutes! Here, winemakers have been handed down from father to son since 1826! You'll be happy to let yourself be guided during the visit... right up to the tasting. Allow around 1h30 for the tour, which takes you through the winery and vineyards. And if there's one event not to be missed, it's the Portes Ouvertes Cadillac & Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux on the weekend of June¹ and 2, 2023. On that day: farmers' market and lunch (reservation required).

At the gateway to Bordeaux, Château Haut-Bailly, a Graves Cru Classé, welcomes visitors for tours, receptions and seminars, atop a gravelly hilltop where vines have flourished over 30 hectares for more than four centuries. Followed by a tasting session, the tour takes you behind the scenes of a Cru Classé, its winemaking secrets and the Graves terroir. The "Collector's Tour" opens the doors of the Château for a tasting of three wines, including two Cru Classé vintages. The wines are regularly praised for their elegance.

Les Caves de Régusse in Pau, inaugurated on December 2, 2023, is a veritable oenological treasure trove in the region. Run by passionate Béarnaise Céline, the boutique offers an exquisite selection of wines from Domaine de Régusse (located a few kilometers from Manosque in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence) as well as nuggets from other vineyards such as Jurançon and Madiran. Céline's warm and approachable welcome creates a friendly atmosphere where wine lovers can discover and taste Régusse's different cuvées. Immerse yourself in the refined viticultural universe of this Paloise address, where the savoir-faire of Domaine de Régusse shines through in every bottle.

An excellent wine and beer cellar run by a couple of very friendly enthusiasts! There are no silly questions to ask, whether about a beer denomination or the best wine to choose for an aperitif with friends or a family dinner. Local products are generously featured, from walnut-based aperitifs and BAM beers to Bergerac wines and creations from the Ort distillery. There's something for every preference, every occasion, and every wallet.

Winemaker for six generations, Damien Robert perpetuates the family tradition and takes care of the Domaine du Grand Clos. After his studies, in 2003, he took over the family estate from his father. Sabrina, his wife, joined him in 2007. The estate is located in the Saumur PDO. Labeled High Environmental Value, the vines cover 30 hectares with a majority of Cabernet Franc and Chenin. The domain benefits from troglodytic cellars covering nearly 5,000 m², an ideal place for storage and preservation.

Château La Rose Pourret is just a few hundred metres from the bell tower of the medieval town of Saint-Émilion. From the patio of the Comptoir de La Rose, you can appreciate its contours, while tasting wines from Daniel Derichebourg's estates. They range from Bordeaux rosé to Burgundy white. A non-alcoholic wine cellar in the Bordeaux region - now that's unusual! The challenge has been taken up by this store, which offers de-alcoholized wines, spirits and other beverages, for those who want to reduce their consumption without depriving themselves of taste. The range selected by this daring pair of wine merchants is extensive, covering a variety of grape varieties: chardonnay, merlot, sauvignon... For festive occasions, we also offer a range of stunning sparkling wines. A few local and organic products (preserves, vegetables...) are the perfect accompaniment to your tasting experience.

Looking for a more original way to discover the world of wine? Château Rol Valentin will make you see things in "glass"! Awarded a Best of Wine Tourism in 2024 in the Discovery and Innovation category, the Verres-Tigineux workshop (2 hours) is a fun activity preceded by a tour of the estate, to help you understand the role of glass size and shape in wine tasting. But that's not all that awaits you here: gastronomic lunch at the Château, blending workshop, food and wine pairing tour...

Brasserie Pontacus is a microbrewery located in Pontacq, in southwest France. It offers a wide selection of craft beers, as well as a boutique where visitors can buy their products. The brewery also features a brewpub, where customers can sample the beers on site and enjoy a meal. A drive-through service is also available for those wishing to take their beers home with them.

Pierre Morgeau and his sister Cécile - the^5th generation of winegrowers at the head of the estate - and their teams continue to shape a fine, fruity, terroir-driven wine. They are constantly striving to promote the quality of the Haut-Poitou appellation, while preserving their High Environmental Value certified land. Le Clos Grange-Vieille is a winery. It has 3 hectares of vines and 2 horses. Visits are by appointment only, all year round. However, the Clos Grange-Vieille website offers regular updates on current events and promotions. It's also possible to follow their activity on Instagram.

Owned by the Sénéclauze family since 1935, this^4th Margaux Grand Cru Classé boasts a unique terroir, combining tradition and modernity. With 40 hectares, Château Marquis de Terme produces bewitching, fleshy and well-balanced wines. To discover the estate, there are several options: a guided tour followed by a tasting, ampelographic bike rides or original workshops. In the heart of the vineyard, the château and chef Grégory Coutanceau have opened the Au marquis de Terme restaurant. Can be privatized for business events or receptions.

A Saint-Émilion Grand Cru acquired by the De Schepper - De Mour family in 1996, Château La Croizille extends over 5 hectares of vines with a wide variety of orientations and terroirs. Founded in 1965 by Jean-Pierre Peyvergès, this estate has been taken over by one of his sons. Always concerned about obtaining quality wines thanks to methods that are more respectful of the environment and health (Ecocert label in 2008), Pascal made the choice to turn to organic farming in 2012 and he farms his land on the principles of agroforestry and agroecology. He produces aromatic and complex wines, classified as Appellation d'Origine Protégée Bordeaux, Bordeaux Supérieur, Bordeaux Clairet, Entre-Deux-Mers and Bordeaux Crémant.

Acquired in 1932 by Philippe Nebout, the estate has been run by his descendants since 1981. Bordering the Grands Crus of the Saint-Emilion appellation, the vineyard stretches out in a single block on the southern slopes of the Pomerol plateau. Traditional grape varieties (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc) are grown on the estate. The wines are aged in vats before being poured into oak barrels for several months, to bring out the finesse of their tannins and develop the distinctive taste of ripe fruit and undergrowth.

Brasserie de la Vézère is a microbrewery located in Uzerche, in the heart of the Limousin region. Since 2013, it has been producing a range of craft beers with the "Agriculture Biologique" and "Nature&Progrès" labels. The beers are brewed in the traditional way, without filtration or pasteurization, and are naturally carbonated by refermentation in the bottle. The brewery offers a permanent range of 6 organic beers, as well as short-lived brews and seasonal cuvées. Beers are available in 33cl and 75cl bottles, as well as 20L and 30L kegs. The brewery has a boutique where visitors can buy beers directly, as well as other artisanal, organic and/or local products. It is also possible to taste the beers on site, at the counter at the foot of the vats or on the terrace by the river. The brewery also organizes concert evenings and other occasional events.

The history of Château Rabaud-Promis dates back to the 17th century. Bought by Raymond-Louis Lanneluc in 1950, the property will remain in the family until today, headed by Michèle and Philippe Déjean and their son Thomas. They represent the 9th generation of winegrowers in Sauternes. Pleasure and passion are the leitmotiv of this family, which strives to produce a quality wine, very aromatic, with always the concern to find the balance between sugar, acidity and alcohol. The grape varieties found on the land of Château Rabaud-Promis are typical of Sauternes: Semillon (80%); Sauvignon (18%) and Muscadelle (2%). The Déjean family shows a very high respect for the environment, and the work on the vines is done in a rational way with limited treatment. To learn more about Château Rabaud-Promis, it is best to visit it. In order to ensure that you can be received in the best possible conditions, visits are made exclusively by appointment.

Domaine Emile Grelier is a vineyard located in Lapouyade. It offers a selection of high-quality organic wines, produced with respect for the environment. The estate is run by the Bouteille family, who emphasize agroforestry expertise in the cultivation of their vines. The wines on offer are varied, with reds, rosés and whites. Each wine is described with its aromatic and taste characteristics, as well as the winemaking methods used. The estate also offers BIB (Bag-in-Box) wine formats for more convenient consumption.

The store's owners, Pascale Chevalier and Vincent Faure, worked for many years in the wine industry before opening their own business. Their aim is to introduce visitors to wines produced by passionate winemakers, showcasing their expertise and offering remarkable value for money. Based in Jarnac, in the heart of the Charente region, the company works with renowned partners such as Cognac AE DOR, Cognac ALBERT JARRAUD, Pineau FRANCOIS 1er, Rhum PAOLA and Vodka ORA. You can enjoy our cognacs as aperitifs or digestifs, depending on their age.

Patrick and William Ludger are two brothers born in Pauillac. After different and busy careers, they decided to create their craft brewery in the heart of the Médoc, as a sort of return to the land where they were born. They work with quality products, from French organic agriculture while also favoring local products. The Premium range is regional with local references, including animals well known to the Médoc inhabitants: the Tourterelle is blonde, the Biche amber and the Civelle (another name for the pibale) white.
