In Eysines, Le Comptoir du rhum is THE rum specialist, with over 1,300 references of rums from the West Indies and around the world! In this cavern full of treasures, you'll find a 100% rum cellar with punches, rhums arrangés, white rums, aged rums, and collector's bottles with over a hundred exceptional rums. At the end of June, the Salon du Rhum is an opportunity for Sandy to put on a variety of events, including arm-wrestling and domino contests. Since 2006,Etxeko Bob's Beer has been a craft brewery in the heart of the Basque Country, where passionate brewers have been crafting beers of character using the finest natural ingredients and meticulous brewing processes for over 17 years. These beers contain only barley and wheat malts, hops, mountain spring water and yeast. The brewery's name was chosen by Bob, an Englishman and Basque by adoption. Try the classics: blonde, white, IPA, amber, brown; as well as limited edition creations!

The Basque Country is famous for Kupela (barrel in Basque), one of the region's leading names in artisanal ciders and apple juice. Its cider is produced in Astigarraga at the Etxeberria artisanal cider mill. Made from apples grown in the Basque country, it is less acidic than some Basque ciders. Slightly effervescent and fruity, it retains a certain bitterness reminiscent of Breton cider. With its pronounced aromas of fresh apples, Sagardoa Kupela pays tribute to Basque gastronomy. Jean Molène is the sixth in a long line of winegrowers who have worked the land at the Domaine de la Gardelle since the 19th century. With respect for the land and the environment and maintaining traditions with the reintroduction of draught horses for light soil work, he produces several high quality wines in organic farming. Wines made in Corrèze since 1850 from merlot and cabernet-sauvignon for the redand chardonnay and sauvignon for the white worthy of the greatest French sweet wines.

At the confluence of the Isle and Dordogne rivers, Fronsac is a quality wine-growing area. The vineyard is said to be the first historic vineyard in the Bordeaux region. Cardinal de Richelieu set his sights on it in 1632. Barely a century later, his great-nephew and godson of Louis XIV lived at the château. Imprisoned in the Bastille for his libertine gallantries, he introduced Fronsac wine to the court of Versailles. Its medicinal properties earned it the name "Richelieu's herbal tea". Nestling in a valley with sandy/gravelly terroir to the north of Saint-Emilion's Cadet hillock, Château Petit Val is a grand cru full of charm. The cuvée tradition asserts itself with a "V" at the top of the label, while "La Muse du Val" stands out with an "M" as in majestic. Owned by the Gutmann family since 2016, Château Jouvente is located in the heart of the Graves appellation. Not only does it produce excellent wine, but it's also home to a passion for art... After a stay in the vineyards, illustrator Caroline Desnoette created the label for the 2016 cuvée. Located in the heart of Bayonne, Kevin's radiant boutique offers premium spirits, with an exceptional selection of whiskies from around the world, as well as rums, gins, tequilas, vodkas and more. In a hushed atmosphere and with this large table where you can taste these subtle stills, you can also share and accompany boards of charcuterie and cheeses from local artisans. Located in the heart of the (busy!) Saint-Frédéric business park, the establishment of Côté Cave is an excellent initiative by Maison Duprat, well known here for its bottling line. The employees of the many businesses around this new winery are delighted with the proximity, diversity and choice, with exceptional value for money. Over 600 references, including wines from here and abroad (and even from far away!), spirits and beers, including the Duprat house beer, which works directly with the brewers. Already a guaranteed success.

In Lacanau Océan, there are great beaches, waves, surfing... and the cellar Chez Kiki. Don't forget, we are in the Médoc, on the ocean side of course, but the Médoc is wine. For six generations, Caroline Teycheney's family, driven by the same desire for innovation and tradition, has cultivated its vineyards with passion, respecting both nature and mankind. At 32 hectares, Vignobles Jade is large enough to manage the biodynamic viticulture of a Saint-Émilion Grand Cru. Behind its neo-classical ashlar facade, Château Montlabert is full of memories in the heart of the Saint-Émilion vineyards. Awarded a Best of Wine Tourisme in the Architecture & Landscapes category in 2024, this family-run estate has inherited an ^18th-century architectural heritage, superbly enhanced by an avenue of oak trees running through the vines and an English-style garden. The terroir of Château Montlabert, Grand Cru Classé, comprises 19 parcels spread over 12.5 hectares, 9 of which are dedicated to the production of the grand vin.

Château Mauvinon is the story of the Tribaudeau family, united by their love of viticulture and nature. Dating back to the ^19th century, the buildings are a family home as well as a wine-making and ageing cellar. Covering 6.5 hectares in the Saint-Émilion Grand Cru appellation, the estate is managed according to the principles of Biodynamic Organic Farming, with the aim of preserving a healthy, living land for future generations. Perched high above the vines, Mauvinon's roof terrace, Le Nichoir, is dedicated to birdwatching.

This producers' store in Port-Sainte-Foy welcomes you all year round. Laura will guide you through our Bordeaux, Bergerac and Duras PDO whites, rosés, clarets, reds and crémants. You'll also find plenty of gift ideas and gourmet baskets to choose from, featuring local products such as cheeses, charcuterie and chocolates. The winegrowers will be delighted to share their passion for wine with you at various events announced on the networks.

In the heart of the village of Lalande-de-Pomerol, near the church of the former Hospitaliers de Saint-Jean-de-Jérusalem, the Bedrenne vineyards are well worth a visit. The vineyards extend over three renowned appellations: AOC Lalande-de-Pomerol, AOC Montagne-Saint-Emilion and AOC Bordeaux Supérieur. Monique Bedrenne adds her feminine touch while preserving the distinctive character of Lalande-de-Pomerol wine. Together with her son Rémi, they oversee every stage of the business, from cultivating the vines to marketing the wines.

A historic property in the Lalande de Pomerol appellation, Château Siaurac has been a level 3 HVE-certified vineyard since 2018. The origins of the vineyard date back to the ^18th century. The Bois Percés (pierced woods), designed at that time, form a wooded ensemble that is unique in the region. A romantic, English-style park was added at the end of the ^19th century by Louis Bernard Fischer, landscape architect for Bordeaux's public gardens. The landscaped park has held the Jardin Remarquable label since 2015. Both the buildings and the park are listed as Historic Monuments.

Marc Darroze will introduce you to the tasting of grands crus, selected from a unique collection of 200 bas-armagnacs from 25 estates, in over 45 vintages: Collection Unique, Grands Assemblages, Biologique, Blanche d'Armagnac... In the entertainment area, a slide show explains the history and traditions of the Gascony region, while you learn how the eau-de-vie is made and expand your knowledge of this delicious beverage. Abarratia is an autonomous Basque beer brand, brewed in Ayherre with renewable energy using water from the Uhaldegaraia spring, and with malts and hops grown in the Basque country in an eco-responsible approach. It is available in cans, which makes it easier to store and transport, and reduces breakage. Other advantages of cans: they're easier to recycle than glass, and therefore more environmentally friendly, and the beer retains all its aromas! Available in blond, white, session IPA, abbey and amber.

Make no mistake: "Ailleurs-la-gnac" is not a village in Périgord Noir, but an excellent beer brewed by a micro-brewery in Rouffignac. Sold at local markets as far afield as Périgueux, it's a great incentive to prepare locavore aperitifs (and bring back authentic sparkling souvenirs - there's something for everyone). At Mama Sama, Samantha and Guillaume share their love of rhum arrangé. They explore a variety of flavor combinations based on old-fashioned recipes, updated and sometimes unusual, such as rum with CBD, rum with tonka, bois bandé, vanilla, or rum with cannelé... The rum comes from Martinique, the couple's home island, and is "arranged" in Bordeaux. To accompany their creations, Samantha and Guillaume have created pâté terrines with exotic flavors (coconut, curry, soy sauce, etc.), including one with 3% rum. Established since 2016 in the small village of Coly, this microbrewery has what it takes to seduce fans of hopped bubbles. From the great classics to "craft beers" made from more traditional raw materials, not forgetting fruity beers ideal for summer aperitifs, Chavagn' excels. Born into a family from the Retagne region, Marine introduced Simon, a Burgundian, to her island in 2011, and he fell under her spell. Domaine Arica is also the story of a meeting with Gilles, the former owner of the vineyards, who passes on his know-how to the young couple on a daily basis. 10 hectares of organic vineyards on limestone soils exposed to sea spray, producing truly delicious and distinctive juices. On the Saint-Julien terroir, Château Gruaud-Larose has been classified^2nd Grand Cru since 1855. Founded in 1725, it attaches great importance to respect for the environment, favoring biodiversity, grassing and manual harvesting. Since 2019, organic conversion has been underway. Its wines are both powerful and elegant, and age remarkably well. Château Garrineau comprises over 20 hectares of vines. "Once upon a time, there was a wheelwright by the name of Jean Lacoste who, in 1779, bought a few sunny acres along the Chemin Royal which ran from the Port of Barsac to Captieux: the bourdieu de La Clotte "... Marie-Pierre Lacoste-Duchesne will tell you the rest of the story in person. Representing the ^17th generation, this oenologist and agricultural engineer, who was crowned "Best hope for wine 2003", cultivates her vines organically with her draught horse. A family property of the Bellanger vineyards, Château Roquefort is located on the Entre-deux-Mers wine route, between the Garonne and the Dordogne. Awarded in the Architecture and Landscape category (Best of Wine Tourism 2019) alongside the châteaux Les Carmes Haut-Brion and Lafon-Rochet, Château Roquefort tells a 6,000-year story. The founders of the Brasserie Artisanale Bio La Nòvé wanted to create a local organic artisanal brewery, which is the human alchemy. It was born in September 2019, constituted as a SCOP. It is part of the Social and Solidarity Economy and therefore has a dual economic and social project. It is on a former military site called ESCAT that the Brasserie La Nòvé has come to lay its bottles and malt. This site is atypical, the vestige of a disappeared Perigord industry.

Push the door of the MVB, in other words: the House of the Wines of Barsac and Sauternes. Entirely renovated, the establishment proposes, in addition to its specialized cellar, a wine bar and a tasting counter of aperitif boards and tapas based on local products. Chaired by Aurélia Souchal, winemaker at Domaine du Salut, the Syndicat des producteurs des Vins de Cérons has been managing the appellation since 1921, ensuring its authenticity. Château La Gorce, recognized as a Cru Bourgeois in the 1932 classification, has been in operation since 1822. In 2018, as soon as they arrived, Emmanuel and Mana Martin initiated the conversion of the 48 hectares to organic farming, which was completed by the 2022 vintage. Beyond this conversion, the entire identity of the estate has been revisited and modernized. A case in point is their collaboration with artists such as Clémentine Mélois and Pierre La Police, to illustrate the labels of the Rouge Intense and Rose Dada cuvées with a certain quirkiness.
