As for the rest, the Town Hall teams are at your disposal to answer any questions you may have and to assist you. In terms of architecture, the Unesco World Heritage-listed belfry and the rest of the building, with its Art Deco style tinged with Flemish culture, are well worth a visit.

The Northern Department is the longest department (184 km) and the most populous in France (more than 2,5 million inhabitants). It comprises 653 communes divided into 6 boroughs: Dunkirk, Lille, Valenciennes, Douai, Cambrai, Avesnes. Its budget is more than EUR 3,5 billion, which is devoted to regional planning and solidarity policies (social action and health, housing, environment, roads, infrastructure, transport, culture, tourism, RSA, APAH, PMI…). The Northern Council of the North has been chaired by Jean-René Lecerf since 2 April 2015.

The Communauté de Communes Flandre Lys groups together 8 communes and over 40,000 inhabitants. Located just a few kilometers west of Lille, the focus here is on the great outdoors, with plenty of water sports activities on and around the Lys, as well as many activities in the air. The Agglomeration Community links the Community of Communes, the Urban Community and the inhabitants of Lens-Liévin district. It deals with economic development, community spatial planning, social balance of habitat, city policy and urban transport.

The NFB organizes from mid-July to mid-August every Wednesday afternoon guided tours of the forest of Crecy on reservation for groups from 15 people. On the other hand, a permanent orientation course has been installed, a fun and sporty way to discover the forest.

ALFPH is an association dedicated to promoting civic involvement and community life in Lille. An award committee examines the proposals and enables the creation of a multitude of convivial and supportive initiatives in Lille's 10 neighborhoods.

The Valley community, as it is known as the economy, manages the economy, transport, sport and culture or the health of Béthune and surrounding cities.

The mission of the urban community is to collect and treat waste, road maintenance, economic, sustainable and social development, education and housing in the city of Arras and the neighbouring municipalities. In May 2012, the services moved from Degeorge Street to the Citadel.

Bringing together 85 municipalities around Lille, the Métropole Européenne de Lille is dedicated to inter-municipal cooperation and the pooling of skills. It operates in many fields such as urban public transport, urban planning, tourism, waste management, economic development (support for competitiveness clusters), sports and cultural facilities and networks of Community interest, natural and landscape heritage. The MEL is thus at the initiative of major development and equipment projects, but also and above all events bringing together all Lille residents, whose talent it highlights in its latest communication campaign!

The Town Hall offers a wide range of practical information on municipal life, leisure activities, children and young people, and the town's economic life. La Ferté-Milon is also famous for its Château de la Ferté-Milon, once the residence of Prince Louis d'Orléans. The town also offers a variety of activities and events throughout the year.

Blérancourt is a charming town in the Hauts-de-France region. New arrivals are invited to come to the town hall to fill in an information form. All residents are also asked to put their name on their respective letterboxes. The office of the Syndicat des Eaux de la Basse-Quincy, which manages drinking water, is also located in Blérancourt, at 7 ter place de l'Hôtel de Ville. The event will take place at the Stade de Blérancourt and will feature a number of activities, including human table soccer, a paddle demonstration and team games. Finally, for day-to-day administrative formalities, Blérancourt's Espace France Services is a one-stop shop providing access to the main public service organizations. Two agents are on hand to help residents with their administrative formalities, and self-service computer workstations are also available.

Coucy is located near Rethel, 30 minutes from Reims and Charleville-Mézières, and only 1h30 from Paris by TGV.

Dhuys et Morin en Brie is a new commune in the Aisne department, in the Hauts-de-France region. The commune takes its name from the rivers that flow through it, the Dhuys and Petit Morin, and from the natural region of Brie.

The facility is accessible via an outside path, and has an entrance and reception area.
