With a surface area of 35 hectares, the site of the Tricherie lake offers a range of leisure activities, including a pond for fishing. The tour of the lake is about 3 km long and has a picnic area. There are not so many pleasures in the vicinity to use the very pleasant swimming pool which, like many equipment, bears the name of the benefactor of the commune, a major producer of agricultural machinery. On the edge of a small wooded square, the paddling pool is topped with a water jet. The large pool, which is equipped with swimming lines, welcomes all public. You can then take a sun bath on the edge of it, before, perhaps, playing ping-pong or the bowls. You can take swimming lessons here and practice gym.

In Pouliguen, on the beach of Nau, the La Gull Beach Club welcomes children from 2 years up to 4 years to the baby club, and from 5 years to the club. Facilities include trampolines, slides, swings, foot, inflatable castle, volleyball grounds. For children aged 5 and over, the day is organized as follows: in the morning sports activities, free games and inflatable castle and after noon contests, large tournaments and free games. The animations are performed by age segments supervised by graduate facilitators. Note that your child can learn to swim from 4 years in a heated swimming pool.

Matthieu Babarit and Caroline Angibaud, both world champions in waveskiing, own 2 "multi-skiing" schools: in Les Sables-d'Olonne with Octopus, and in Brem, with Octosup. Group and private lessons, and courses, for adults and children. Located in the northwest of the island, south of L'Herbaudière, this beach is accessed by a dune path. A small rocky bay that extends its sandy strip to L'Épine. It is one of the largest beaches on the island of Noirmoutier. Bordered by dunes and the woods of Luzéronde, the environment is totally preserved. The beach of Luzeronde is the only naturist beach on the island (it is the southern part, from the blockhouse). We cultivate a different style here since naturism and conviviality are required. It is famous for being one of the most pleasant naturist beaches in the Vendée!

The brand new Aquaparc aquatic centre, Centre aquatique de l'Estuaire, opened its doors for the very first time at the end of April. It is composed of a 25 m (525 m²) swimming pool: 8 to 10 water lines, a 25 m (216 m²) heating pool: 3 to 4 water lines, a learning pool (133 m²), a wave and space pool with jets and bubbles (250 m²) and a 50 m² paddling pool with games. In all, no less than 1,200 ^{m2 of} water will be made available to swimmers of all ages. A wellness area is also provided with three sauna rooms, a hammam room, hydrotherapy showers, a relaxation area and an outdoor solarium. It should be noted that a very special effort has been made to treat water, which reduces its chlorine consumption thanks to ozone. Composed of oxygen, ozone does not pollute, does not sting the eyes and limits the effect of dryness on the skin. The water in the basins is also clearer.

This swimming pool, located in the city centre, has three pools: two of Olympic size (50 m), and a small one of 15 by 12 m with steps, for children, novice swimmers or simply for those who want to enjoy warmer water to relax. Take full advantage of the lovely little town of character during a trip on the water. Michel proposes to navigate on the lake of Apremont with a choice of boats: kayak, pedal boat, electric boat for families. Other original means of navigation: aquacycle or paddle surf. At Le Perrier, you're in the heart of the Marais, the Breton-Vendée marshland. What is a yole? It's the local name for a flat-bottomed boat. It was used by the inhabitants of the marsh to get around. In July and August, Deambul offers yawl and horse-drawn carriage rides (from July 12). The only one of its kind on the Côte de Jade, this lake attracts local and family tourists from the very first rays of sunshine. It is the result of the transformation of the port site into a leisure water area, allowing safe bathing at any time of day, without being dependent on the tides. This 2.5-hectare stretch of sea has access to the beach. Swimming is supervised in summer, and a variety of water sports activities are available.

This fun pool, built in 2000, has quickly become a firm favourite, thanks to its two indoor pools linked by a current river, its two other outdoor pools so popular in summer, and its two large slides... The Jungle Splash, the latest addition, is a must-try! Finally, older guests will appreciate the balneotherapy area.

A miniature harbor welcomes budding captains aboard miniature electric boats. They can choose to sail on a replica of a fishing boat or a Brittany Ferries liner, for a river trip on the Jaunay river, where there are only 5 of you on board. Easy piloting for the youngest thanks to a steering bar and a button for the speeds. In season, reservation is recommended. For a change, we also offer kayaks (for 1 to 5 people), pedal boats (for 2 to 6 people) and paddles for rent.

Three nautical bases organized on 3 sites: Fromentine, the Grande Côte, the Porteau. The different sailing areas of the sailing school of La Barre-de-Monts/Fromentine welcome people who practice nautical activities such as sailing (catamarans), sand yachting, kayaking. Its vast beaches open at low tide make it easy to practice sand yachting all year round, from 8 years old (like kayaking), alone or in pairs (two-seater sand yachting). Two other activities: kite flying and kite cart, which consists in pulling a kite from a sand yacht.

The club of Mayenne is the ideal place for discovering or expanding, canoeing or kayaking. No less than boats are available for courses, internships, rentals or competitions. The practice is on Mayenne (the club is located just on the edge, in the middle of the city), but also the Varenne, the Colmont or the Aron.

The Club des Amis Divers is one of the oldest clubs in the Nantes region. The workforce is voluntarily maintained to a hundred people in order to preserve the mindset. Friendship and conviviality revolve around their underwater passion, all volunteers and actors. Explorations, travel and training from level 1 to level 4 are the most important of their activities throughout a season. Bottles, stabs, regulator are available for members and outings in fine days.

The BB Plouf association is now over 30 years old! If it has changed several times a pool, it is now located in aquavita, in the learning basin specially designed for this purpose, and enjoys water at 32 ° C. This club proposes to introduce to the pleasures of sailing through different activities: sailing school, sports, school sailing, internships, competition… From March to November, it is Isabelle who guides the school sail for the surrounding schools and groups. Every weekend of this period, the Sailing Club is open to equipment rental: canoes, sailboats, sailboats, catamarans… In the summer, the club hosts holiday camps and also offers the Descentes descentes. Located in the eastern part of the city centre, this water plan is especially popular with fishermen (fishing card for sale at the 10 St. Father's Garden, rue de Blandeau), as well as ordinary walkers. You can enjoy a sports pool in Piriac from the White Country's Water Centre, another heated campsite at 31 ° C, wading and a 25 m slide. Here you can also find a sauna, hammam, city, but also a diving area. Of course, here you can learn to swim or upgrade with graduated monitors. Sessions of gym and aquabiking are proposed. The Don Valley offers a site for fishing and relaxation (picnic tables). It is located on the edge of the water, not far from the brochet spawning ground (where the pike breed).

The lake also has a beach (supervised bathing in summer, prohibited outside the summer period). You can bring your picnic here and take a walking trail of about 1.5 km. Located parallel to the road to Champtoceaux, you can reach the lake by taking the rue de la Loire or rue du Chêne. From the port of La Faute-sur-Mer, the Kitesurf Vendée school offers to discover Kitesurfing and Wingfoil, to beginners as well as to experienced kitesurfers, all this in an exceptional natural setting, since the practice of these water sports is done on the site of the Pointe d'Arçay, which is located in the south of the peninsula of La Faute-sur-Mer giving in front of the island of Ré.
