This swimming pool, located in the city centre, has three pools: two of Olympic size (50 m), and a small one of 15 by 12 m with steps, for children, novice swimmers or simply for those who want to enjoy warmer water to relax. In the bath dedicated to divers, beware of kamikazes who can jump off the 1 m, 3 m and 5 m diving boards! At certain times, we appreciate the water lines that reserve a space for swimmers. We also like the free provision of swimming equipment (board, pull-boy) and play accessories for children. And for early risers, the pool opens at weekends and public holidays from 8am. In summer, from June onwards, you can enjoy the solarium.

For me to get there quite regularly with sports friends several times each year (in 2015 and former years), this indoor pool, located in the city centre of Nantes, close to the Champ de Mars, is peaceful and pleasant frequentation on Saturday afternoons. Although a little old, it does have two pools of 50 metres, 3 diving boards installed and welcoming.
facilities at dip on main pool are composed of:
- 1 diving board 1 metre (flexible tremplin Maxiflex B bose with adjustable Durafirm),
- 1 diving board 3 metres (flexible metal boards with adjustable Durafirm), bose
- 1 diving board 5 metres (platform).
for diving boards is framed by specific hours, on Saturday afternoon, every Sunday morning, as well as other days during school holidays; a perimeter is reserved for that, bordered by a watermark arranged over the width.
As a bonus, a small interior solarium covering the establishment: it is not unpleasant when sunny days arrive!
The main pool is very large but the small pool as its name suggests is very small.
The changing rooms are correct
The price is reasonable and I advise you to take a subscription menu as it is valid throughout the pools of the city. Rates are operates from the red or blue periods and the areas where the swimming pool (area 1.2 or 3) is located. For more information on rates contacted Nantes or to look on its website.
