The Massage massage, you know? Of Chinese origin, it is used as a method of prevention, relaxation and rejuvenation. It relieves stress-related stresses, helps prevent TMS (musculoskeletal disorders) and helps restore well-being. It is dressed and sitting on an ergonomic chair, specially designed for this massage. Mary exerts pressure on acupuncture points across the upper part of your body: back, back, arms and hands, and then scalp. A non-therapeutic massage, this massage is first and foremost relaxing. Depending on your needs, the meeting lasts between 10 and 20 minutes. Reserved for women, Curves offers the possibility of physically interviewing according to its needs. The slogan is "fitness in half an hour". The monthly subscription includes a series of sessions during which training circuit, nutrition tips, or physical exercises can be applied. Among women, the curves are perfect, and the club's attendance goes back.

Elancia wants to be a warm, efficient and accessible sports center, where you can forget the «I have seen» side of some rooms. The centers are open regardless of age or level. Sports advisors establish a personalized training program with you after drawing up your form. You are then the happy owner of a USB key that contains your program, guides you in your training and records your sessions to enable you to evaluate your progress. Everyone can make progress at its own pace. You will benefit from the two classrooms and over 50 aircraft at your disposal (cardio and muscular tonification). In 2018, Fanny opened this place dedicated to getting back into shape in water heated between 30 and 32°. In the pool, you can enjoy a range of activities, accompanied by music, in a pool bathed in subdued light. Activities include sporty ones such as Aqua'Bike, Aqua'Fast and Aqua'Cardio. For the more daring, there's Aqua'Boxing, where you fight an invisible enemy and let off steam to music. There are also more gentle but complete sessions with Aqua'Renfo or Aqua'Zen. The facility also welcomes children from birth with Aqua'Bébé and from 4 to 10 years of age for swimming lessons. There's something for everyone, so you can move like a fish in water!

Tai-chi-chuan is old as the world and has a good future in front of him because he offers only benefits to those who practise it (to improve their balance, breathing, knowledge of oneself and others, their muscle flexibility…). In fact, it's a relaxing martial art that can be practiced alone, at any age and without any fight. After many years of intensive practice, Laval Evelyne Luais decided to teach her then, in June 2005, to open his own private centre near a premises formerly occupied by Radio Mayenne (at its beginning in 1980). During the morning, noon and evening, the courses can be individual or bring together a small group. Why small? Because, provoking many movements, Tai chi chuan needs lots of space.
