Tai-chi-chuan is old as the world and has a good future in front of him because he offers only benefits to those who practise it (to improve their balance, breathing, knowledge of oneself and others, their muscle flexibility…). In fact, it's a relaxing martial art that can be practiced alone, at any age and without any fight. After many years of intensive practice, Laval Evelyne Luais decided to teach her then, in June 2005, to open his own private centre near a premises formerly occupied by Radio Mayenne (at its beginning in 1980). During the morning, noon and evening, the courses can be individual or bring together a small group. Why small? Because, provoking many movements, Tai chi chuan needs lots of space.
