On October 2, 2011, the birthday day of Mahatma Gandhi, and proclaimed by the UN International Day of Non-Violence, were some 2 000 beginner and confirmed yoggistes who gave an appointment on the Champ-de-Mars to participate in the first White Yoga Session. Improbable but true: forgetting the chaos of public transport, the rush of queues, and the stress of their everyday life, these Parisians, all white dressed, shared a moment in all zenitude. On 27,000^m2, Kidexpo is the biggest family event of the year. Let's go for a bike ride on the wooded paths of the Meudon forest! Put your car on the level of the Etang des Écrevisses. After a steep warm-up climb, you reach the Île-de-France Greenbelt Trail. Then turn left: it will take you further to the pond of Trou aux Gants. At the crossroads, turn left; the Oak of the Missions will be your next stop. Are you there now? Turn left again up to the crossroads of La Calotte. You will then reach your starting point by the Dead Bottle Road, then by the Ursuline Fountain Road. It is, in fact, the first segment of the Gâtinais-Beauce Road, which will connect the municipalities of Milly-la-Forêt and Saint-Escobille (in Loiret) to ancient tracks. In the south of the department, this greenway promises pleasant moments sporting facilities. Over 5 mi in the valley of the small Chalouette river, it is built on an old elevated railway and somehow shaded. The track, rebuilt there is less than 10 years, is of very good: you can choose between walking, jogging, cycling, in-line skating or! Not crossing the road, the course is particularly secure: we particularly recommend it for families.

Paris is world famous for being the city getaway, we particularly thought of them for the choice of this walk. Go therefore with the pont des Arts, in the 6th district of the capital, symbolic place of the Parisian romanticism. Then take over the management of the Institute, then walk along successively quai de Conti and quai des Grands-Augustins towards the island of the City. Cross the bridge Saint-Michel, then take immediately on the right, quai du Marché-Neuf, to the famous Notre-Dame cathedral. Then take rue de la Cité to quai de la Corse, then turn left towards the Clock tower. Make a crystal by the flower market Louis Lépine, open daily from 8:00 to 19:00, then take quai de l'Horloge to the public garden of green Marie-galante, your full stop.

Everyone knows Montmartre for its basilica, which is one of the favourite monuments of tourists. But do you really know all the nooks and crannies in the neighborhood? Those that are much less well known and, in fact, more authentic. No ? So come on, we'll take you there... At the start of the Place des Abbesses, head first towards rue André-Antoine. Forget about the reputation of the place and concentrate on its maze of quiet alleys: aren't they worth the detour? Then go to the Place de la rue Ravignan, from where a pleasant view of the Parisian rooftops awaits you. The mansion on Junot Avenue will then be your third stopover; enjoy a little of its gardens before heading back to Lepic Street. Do you recognize this place? This is where Amélie Poulain's famous café is located! The walk is then almost finished... If you like, go and quench your thirst at the Marlusse and Lapin bar, or at La Fourmi : the places are friendly and fit perfectly into this discovery tour!

A real playground, the Bois de Vincennes has everything to celebrate the sportsmen confirmed as grass joggers, for all tastes and levels. In addition to its 3 km cycle cycle, its cavalier track and its outdoor football and rugby fields, the park has two health courses. According to your mood and shape that day, therefore choose for the short version (its 1400 meters and its 14 gear usually spoil the beginners), or for the long version, more intense with its 2400 meters and 18 gear. Welcome to the Bois de Boulogne, in the 16th arrondissement! Here, even the most allergic to physical training will find a shoe on their feet! Because in addition to its 14-kilometre long hiking trail, its bicycle path with the same mileage and its 28 kilometres of bridle paths, the Bois de Boulogne also includes a quality sports trail. Starting from the place known as the "crossroads of the Five Roads", its 2.5 kilometres are divided into 19 stages equipped with equipment, and form a motivating loop. And if you don't find this course, then you can run a few kilometers anyway to sweat a little in the woods!

This one hour walk from the station Auvers-sur-Oise takes you to pedal above the town, then along the banks of the Oise. Not find program? Then, in saddle! The Parc naturel régional Oise-Pays de France offers a range of circuits accessible to all, with descriptions, photos and mapped itineraries. What's more, the Rando-Parc-Oise mobile app makes it easy to get out and about with over 50 hiking, horse-riding and cycling itineraries. Users can download hiking information sheets and maps, and set off on their hikes using their device's GPS, even without a connection. Among the itineraries on offer, the V4 loop takes you to Royaumont Abbey and the villages of Luzarches, Asnières-sur-Oise, Viarmes and Seugy. What's more, Asnières-sur-Oise lies on the Avenue Verte, an itinerary that links Paris to London, offering the chance to discover varied landscapes, picturesque villages and historic sites.

The backdrop of La Défense is André Malraux Park, and nature! A nature that is not so natural in reality, since the valleys and reliefs of the park were designed with the excavated material from the business district construction site! But the fact remains that, very close to your workplace and easily accessible by transport, this green space is ideal for taking a few steps at lunchtime or at the end of the day. The walk we offer you lasts two hours, and takes you to the end of the lake, but if you have less time, one hour's walk is already enough to enjoy the place. It is also a suitable duration of daily exercise!

You are about to take you to the footsteps of Louis XV! This Green Lane has been set up on the route of a road once borrowed by the king when he left hunting. Today, it is a trail for pedestrians and cyclists, evolving in the midst of large, varied and grass-visual spaces, allowing to reach the edge of the forest of Senart. A beautiful 11-hectare green space in the heart of Montfermeil! Here, you can breathe in the fresh air, take a few steps and, why not, pedal! There are no fewer than 29 interpretation panels along the way, providing valuable information about the hundred or so species of trees and shrubs that live here. Children will have the most fun in the Chromatic Gardens, where a large play area has been set up!

Three kilometres, 1h30 walk, and the guarantee of an informative walk to discover the Les Halles district. You begin your journey in front of Saint-Eustache church, often considered one of the most beautiful in the capital. If you like, a visit is in order; Louis XIV celebrated his first communion there. You then head towards the Banque de France, then towards the Palais Royal. Built at the beginning of the 17th century under the impetus of Richelieu, it was later inhabited by the Sun King, who donated it to his brother in 1692. The building was then extended. Today and since 1875, it has housed the Council of State. Further on, the Palais de la Bourse and the Opera House will complete and complete your tour.

It is perhaps one of the most chic green spaces in Paris. Monceau Park, with its three centuries of existence, has undergone many upheavals since its creation in 1778. Today, only a few original elements remain, like its Renaissance arcade, its Corinthian colonnade, its rotunda and the Chartres pavilion. Stroll along its paths under the shade of the trees that line them, and slowly head for Place Saint-Augustin. Your journey is only 3 kilometers long, but you can of course shape it at your leisure, by extending it on one side or shortening it on the other. Excellent for young parents, this circuit is fully accessible to strollers.

At the departure of the tourist office, the walking walk will take you to the Boiling Fountains, a few kilometres away. First join the shores of barley and climb through to the D 836. Then turn right until you see the rue du Mesnil, on which you will commit. It continues through the Middle Road, which you will follow to the destination. To get back to a good port, you can go along the barley, before you reach the Rue du Mesnil.

With its 2000 years of history, the city has a lot to tell us! From the tourist office, you are therefore preparing to travel only 2 small kilometres, to discover the built heritage of the town. From Place Aristide-Briand to the Hôtel de Ville, via the Portes de Chartres and Paris, the first part of the route already looks very promising. But it is not over: then go to the hall via the remains of the old church, then to the Hôtel-Dieu. You have almost returned to your starting point, but a last detour is required by the rue de l'Abbé-Fèvre, then by the rue de l'Abbé-Gérard.

Starting from the Arc de Triomphe, this itinerary invites you to discover part of the Chaillot district, the wide avenues and the rich mansions built in the 20th century under the leadership of Baron Hausmann. On your journey to the Trocadero, you will meet here and there several consulates and embassies that have taken possession of the place, but it is perhaps the museums that are the most numerous here. Housed in the Palais de Tokyo, the Musée d'Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris can be an interesting option to combine the pleasures of urban walking with those of culture, unless you prefer the Musée de la Mode de la Ville de Paris, located in the Palais Galliera.

Welcome to the largest public garden in Essonne - and what a garden! Thanks to its 98 hectares of greenery and its very rich historical and landscape heritage, the Domaine départemental de Chamarande is now certified as a "remarkable garden". Formerly the original home of the Scout movement in France, it then served as a workers' production cooperative and then as a grouping of associations in the 1970s. This loop of about ten kilometres then evolves in the middle of oaks, chestnuts, ash trees, hornbeams and birches; perhaps you will also meet some rabbits, field mice and other weasels... Back in Verrières-le-Buisson, take the time to explore the city and its rich architectural heritage. The Château des Vilmorin, the Château Régnier, the Domaine Vaillant or the Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption church are on your way; a great opportunity to enhance your walk with a little culture!

This walk guarantees you a gentle physical exercise in a festive and relaxing environment. Amazing! Amazing! To the rhythm of your pedals, the old guinguettes on the banks of the Marne, such as the La Pergola guinguette, recently rebuilt by the city of Noisy-le-Grand, are parading by. The kilometres passing, you will reach the bridge of Nogent-sur-Marne, then Joinville-le-Pont. And it is on the joyful note of the guinguettes Chez Gégène and La Goulue that you will head off to Champigny-sur-Marne.

Easily accessible by car and by public transport, we invite you today to discover what the city has to tell you… The promenade that is now evolving mainly south of the Grand Morin, and will take you successively to the place-Dieu, the ru of Saint-Mars, the former Prieur residence and the St. Romain church. At the end of the 4,4 km walk you will have a beautiful overview of the local heritage. But it would be a shame to stop in such a good way: the old St Martin Chapel, the mill of the Maison-Dieu and the Hall for calves are only a non-exhaustive list of other monuments to visit.

This waterfront greenway links Moret-sur-Loing to Episy, in just 6 kilometers. Flat, easy and in a pleasant setting, it will motivate even the least trained to start exercising! As for the itinerary, there is little chance of getting lost: just follow the left bank, along the Loing, and get to know it better at the tourist office.

In 9 kilometres, this green lane connects the Pierre Lagravère de Doves park at the Pont Bridge in Rueil-Malmaison. Without differences, it presents itself as a pleasant option and without difficulty to come to talk daily. You are in a quiet environment, along the banks of the Seine River, here the Impressionist park or even further afield, the chic and modern buildings of Rueil 2000. Bikes are, of course, welcome, they will simply need to cross the Nanterre bridge.
