Musical festival paying tribute to the famous composer Maurice Ravel, who lived in Montfort-l'Amaury at the end of his life.

Every year in October, Montfort-l'Amaury and a number of surrounding towns pay tribute to the composer Maurice Ravel - who lived in the town for the last 16 years of his life - and many others such as Schubert, Tchaikovsky, Chopin, Bach... This festival combines classical music concerts, shows for children, visits to private venues and film screenings. We warmly recommend taking part in the "Prom's de Montfort": a walk where you choose three concerts out of the four on offer to build your own musical itinerary.
