PARCOURS DES PEINTRES DE LA VALLÉE DE L'OISE
Go there and contact
When you try to paint the impression of a landscape, nothing better than the edges of the water. Reflections of sun or mists, screams of children or elegant on their boats were so many reasons that attracted artists in the valley of Oise. In stations leading from Pontoise to Auvers, this promenade brings you to the places inspiring Corot, Cézanne, Van Gogh, Daumier, Pissarro or Daubigny. Their works are reproduced on plaques at the site of their realization. You will see from the original angle of sites such as the church of Auvers, landscapes reflecting in the water, views on the plateau du Français français… This-kilometre walk, playful and dépaysante, will be interesting, especially if you want to introduce children to art, especially the Impressionist movement.
