In the heart of the pretty village of Lannepax, the Delord house has been distilling exceptional armagnacs since 1893. Founded by Prosper Delord, itinerant distiller and cellar master, the company is now run by the dynamic tandem of his great-grandsons Jérôme and Sylvain who, while passionately preserving the treasure of a family know-how built up over four generations, are bringing it fully into the modern age. The vintages, as well as the skilful blends slowly matured in the beautiful rooms of the cellar, enjoy an international aura.

Entering the lair of the Cabanel house is to discover the Carcassonne of the 19th century with, in its courtyard, the superb ironwork marquee designed in 1868 in the Eiffel style. A historical place not to be missed, the place has inherited the secrets of the famous Micheline, a recipe dating back to the 4th century, and of the Or-Kina, a plant-based aperitif. It also produces a pastis 100% Carcassonne and the famous "Crème de Menthe" and "Crème de Citron".

From the gentle Gers landscape, here is an address that has drawn everything from it. Veuve Lafontan raises wine distillation to the rank of excellence. Béatrice Mandon only produces exceptional armagnacs. To taste her armagnacs is to discover treasures of diversity and complexity and an authentic aromatic palette. The eaux-de-vie are aged in 200 to 400 litre pedunculate oak barrels. The treasure room contains an exceptional collection with a range of vintages from 1888 to 1969 preserved in casks.

Proudly located in the Nogaro region, the cooperative cellar Les Hauts de Montrouge represents and gathers 60 winegrowers since 1963. They work together to promote their terroir through Côtes-de-Gascogne, Flocs and Armagnacs. With no less than 14 different white wines, they allow you to taste the richness of the Gascon soil and its grape varieties in a subtle way. Note that the VSOP Armagnac Hauts de Montrouge was awarded a gold medal at the Talents de l'Armagnac 2021! The cellar also welcomes groups.

Founded in 1935, the Goudoulin house was bought in 2009 by an Alsatian distiller, Michel Miclo. A lover of Armagnac, he was seduced by the quality of the estate and its collection of vintages, the oldest of which dates back to 1900. With Aurélien, the cellar master, he perpetuates the spirit of excellence of Jeanne Goudoulin. The two partners have also succeeded in creating a collaboration between the two houses around another product: gin. The berries are selected by the Miclo house, the distillation and the maturation in barrels are done at the Goudoulin estate.

Very proud of its culture, this union is working for the recognition of this heritage! The Chasselas de Moissac is now listed in the "national inventory of intangible cultural heritage". Find all the good addresses and the best advice for this grape, the first fresh fruit to have obtained this supreme consecration. Chasselas de Moissac is produced in a delimited area of 750 ha, in the north of the Tarn-et-Garonne and the south of the Lot department.

The signature of this wine, dominated by the Cabernet Franc grape variety, is its well marked tannins and notes of red fruit, animal and pepper. But the wines of the Coteaux du Quercy are also available in rosés, pleasantly fruity and in pleasant and balanced red wines. Their quality has been rewarded by obtaining the Appellation d'Origine Vin Délimité de Qualité Supérieure coteaux du Quercy which is now controlled and defended by a syndicate.

There are 195 winegrowers in the Gers, producing gascognes, floc, armagnac, Saint Mont, madiran and pacherenc. To build a strong image around their products, the federation has launched the Charte du vigneron récoltant (winemaker's charter): the winemaker undertakes to work his vines, vinify and distill his wine, bottle his own products, market only his own production, and welcome and enjoy presenting the fruit of his labor at tastings.

Built in 1870, the 105-hectare estate has been owned by the Lesgourgues family for three generations. Their vineyards are planted on gently sloping hillsides and their unsulphured white wines are distilled just after alcoholic fermentation, in order to harvest their full aromatic potential, in the unique "Armagnac" still. Sylvain, an agricultural engineer, has started to produce ash, an ancestral potion that the Gauls used to drink. He obtains his raw material from his family's land, perched at an altitude of 600 metres in Fel. The ash leaves are hand-picked throughout the summer, then dried and infused before being mixed with sugar and yeast for fermentation. Its frênette, plain, lemon or elderberry flavoured, amber or low-alcohol version, is sold directly at the workshop in Entraygues.

Château Gensac not only offers the opportunity to taste exceptional wines and armagnacs, but also to lift a corner of the veil on the sumptuous ^13th-century residence. The estate extends over 300 hectares of meadows where thoroughbreds roam in semi-freedom. Well-known grape varieties such as tannat, merlot, semillon and petit manseng are grown here. But also rarer varieties such as fer servadou or petit courbu. The Château also distills its Armagnac in an ultra-modern winery located next to the ^14th-century private chapel.

Italian food lovers, this grocery store is for you! It offers a nice selection of pasta, olive oil, prosecco, preserves, sweet specialties and fresh products: from mozzarella to burrata and camembert di bufala. Don't miss the excellent limoncello from Sardinia by Spiritosardo, presented in a packaging worthy of a luxury perfume bottle. The La Cavale cooperative, which has just celebrated its centenary, is a reference in the Limoux region in terms of agricultural supplies and plant production. But the cooperative also offers a range of products that delight us, all in an eco-responsible approach: Olisoli olive oils - Le Moulin du Sou, Ardence eau de Vie, a craft beer: Alambiquée and the famous Mint, Tangerine or Lemon Crème Religieuse from the Apéroc range.
