The Cave Arnaud de Villeneuve has gathered its oldest Rivesaltes vintages in the historic cellar in the centre of the village. In the cellar, which dates back to the beginning of the 19th century, you will discover the stock of barrels, but also the astonishing terrace on which certain wines are matured in glass containers. You will also find the very special atmosphere of a winery: the values of cooperation, solidarity, fairness, transparency, responsibility and trust.

Founded in 1923, Vignobles Dom Brial now manages over 2,500 ha of vines, including the largest Muscat de Rivesaltes vineyard in the Roussillon region. The diversity of this terroir enables us to produce a wide range of cuvées, from sweet to dry wines. Vignobles Dom Brial is committed to a respectful, socially responsible approach, and has been awarded the Vignerons en Développement Durable (Winegrowers in Sustainable Development) label since 2010. Several options are available for a fascinating tour of the vineyard, in the heart of an exceptional landscape explained by dynamic winemakers.

This winery has been rewarded for its quality policy, from the choice of grape variety right through to bottling. Sustainable management, controlled yields, terroir selection and judicious blending produce quality wines with excellent value for money. For example, Roca Fortis, a regional Côtes du Rhône Villages made from a plot selection dominated by Syrah, is an unfiltered cuvée aged for two years in oak barrels. In the heart of this charming village, surrounded by immense natural rock ramparts, the winery has been home to around a hundred passionate winegrowers since 1939. Combining cutting-edge techniques, traditional know-how, respect for the environment and appreciation of the terroir, this winery produces prestigious vintages: AOP Languedoc, AOP Pic-Saint-Loup and IGP Pays d'Oc, both organically grown and sustainable. Thanks to a meticulous elaboration, the Frontignan Muscat cellar - an emblematic place of the city created in 1904 - offers wines produced from the muscat à petits grains grape variety, also called the "golden muscat". The range of wines is wide and includes dry muscat, very pleasant as an aperitif, 20 year old muscat de Frontignan AOC, rich and aromatic, as well as the muscat Clos du Château de Peyssonnie, balanced and fruity. As a bonus, the store allows you to order your bottles online and have them delivered.

A stone's throw from Anduze, just below the ruins of the medieval Château de Tornac - and since 1924 - Les Vignerons de Tornac have been lovingly and passionately crafting a wine from quality grape varieties. Most of the 400 hectares of vines have been organically farmed since 2002. The great diversity of the terroir, which winds its way between the rocks of Anduze, the Cévennes and the Gardon, has produced wines of the highest quality: IGP Cévennes, IGP Pays d'Oc and AOP Duché d'Uzès. You have to taste everything at the Cave de Tornac, because you'll rarely be disappointed!

Founded in 1290, this former convent, which almost fell into oblivion after the French Revolution, has been the property of the winegrowers of Collioure since 1926. The cellar groups together 160 winegrowers producing the great PDO wines of Banyuls and Collioure. A visit to the cellar is not only educational but also a delight for the eyes when you discover the tuns room located in the nave of the old 13th century church. A convent dedicated to wines, this is unique! The visit ends with a nice tasting.

The visit of the oldest cellar of Banyuls takes place in a decor of old warehouse factory, with beautiful presses, old tuns dating from 1921 which constitute a real aromatic archive. You will also see a line of glass bottles allowing the wine to benefit from the sun between 8 and 12 months. Selections of vintages of all ages on Banyuls Grand Cru and Collioures are for sale at the winery. A star that shines very high in the sky in view of the numerous awards received each year.

The cooperative winery offers a unique experience combining nature, heritage, art and conviviality. Its range of Languedoc wines is extensive, and its 700 m² mural, created by internationally renowned street artist Jace, is impressive. Visitors can play at finding the "gouzous", little characters hidden in the fresco, and enjoy Cazouline rides and oyster tastings. An enriching experience for all, let yourself be tempted..

Based in Thérondels, on the borders of Cantal and Aveyron, this cooperative, founded in 1946, is the only cheese-making unit in the department that can produce AOC Cantal. Made up of some twenty milk producers from the area, the structure also specialises in the production of fresh tome, aligot and thérondels, a cheese similar to the tome de Savoie or the tome des Pyrénées. This know-how, its origins and its requirements are explained during weekly visits led by passionate producers who are proud of their work.

Here's a temple to wine that's a dream come true, with its wide choice of products and attractive presentation. This cooperative cellar brings together 45 passionate winegrowers on 280 ha, all of whom have put their grape varieties on the map: Les Pujots, Les Vignerons, le Grussius, IGP Les Sens de la Garrigue, IGP Les Sens des Etangs and AOP La Clape Alta Vinha. You'll also find liqueur wines such as Muscat and Cartagène. The site's motto, by Leonardo da Vinci, pays tribute to the winemakers: "Happiness comes to men who are born where good wine is found."

Renowned for its Vin Doux Naturel, Maury offers a range of around twenty wines, regularly praised by the specialist press, including a very fine range of dry wines. More than 100 winegrowers are cooperators and they not only spend their time in the vineyards, they are invested in the life of the cellar. You will be able to meet them in the cellar during a tasting session and exchange with them about a common passion: the earth and the fruit it distils. Finally, the Vignerons de Maury organise events around wine every year.

The cooperative has 130 members and a vineyard of 1100 ha. Its modern winery produces H.V.E-certified AOP Fitou, Corbières, Muscat de Rivesaltes, Rivesaltes and vins de pays. Thanks to its seaside vineyards on sun-drenched hillsides, the Leucat terroir produces wines that combine tradition and modernity. As the villages in the cellars of the Tarn valley remind us, the area around Millau has always been favourable to wine growing. The sandstone and schist soils are subject to the Mediterranean influence and to strong thermal amplitudes. The new winegrowers have managed to restore this 65-hectare vineyard and plant suitable grape varieties: Gamay Noir is present in the red wines, and in the whites, associated with Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Fer Servadou.

The Cers cooperative winery, founded 80 years ago, joined forces in 2014 with those of Portiragnes and Villeneuve-lès-Béziers to become "Alma Cersius", while retaining its human character with 167 cooperators. Spread over 1,200 hectares in IGP Pays d'Oc and IGP Coteaux de Béziers, the vineyard offers original, award-winning wines of superior quality. Alma Cersius, a prestigious breeding ground for grape varieties and blends, offers tastings at its Villeneuve-les-Béziers winery, as well as at its second sales outlet in Portiragnes.

The vineyard of Calce is located on the slopes of the Agly valley and benefits from an excellent exposure. The village is surrounded by vines that flourish on hills of limestone or schist. The winegrowers of Calce are the soul of the village wines and they claim it. Few cooperative wineries have such a soul and such strength. Few vintages, a minimalist choice to focus on quality. Taste them all, they are delicious, surprising and enchanting!

The village of Caramany dominates its vineyards of old carignan and grenache vines planted on the slopes of gneiss and granite arenas. Here life is centred around wine and you can feel it when you visit the cellar. The winegrowers welcome you with professionalism and passion for the terroir. The wines of the AOP Côtes du Roussillon Villages Caramany are very singular: they are powerful, spicy and fleshy. Among the AOP of Roussillon, we recognize a "Caramany" right away, we like this difference in the nose and in the mouth, this well-soaked character of Catalan!

The vineyard of this group extends over 980 ha. The wines are produced on clay-limestone soils and schistose marl, with very low yields and under sustainable management. In the land of the oldest man in Europe, Corinne and Michel welcome you to the cellar to help you discover a wide range of robust, powerful and fruity wines. The Côtes-de-Brulhois appellation covers three departments and two regions. The wine here is black (Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Tannat), with a strong character and capable of sublimating the splendours of the Gascon table without fail. The cellar of Donzac, emanating from the cooperative of the wine growers of Brulhois, proposes a beautiful range in perpetual evolution. The prices are very reasonable, and the welcome here is very pleasant. Enough to really let yourself be tempted, in moderation.

The majority of the wine growers are in reasoned culture and two in organic which allows the cellar (labelled HVE) to produce specific vintages "organic wines". To discover this wine panel, a magnificent renovated store allows you to taste the different beverages. Numerous events around wine are organized during the summer: bodega evening, wine festival, aperitif at a winegrower's, etc. but also a fun and family free walk of 4 km with departure / arrival at the cellar.
