Every Monday morning, the central square of Mauvezin is transformed. Its large and superb 14th century market hall and the arcades welcome the merchants. This is an opportunity for the faithful regulars or passing shoppers to fill their baskets with good products. It is also the opportunity to discover the city in a lively and commercial atmosphere which makes it all the more warm. This brings us back to the time when supermarkets did not exist and when these open-air gatherings were an essential part of the social link.

This supermarket is strategically located below the city starting from the roads for the department of Lot, and especially within a few kilometres of the GR 65, the road of Saint-Jacques which crosses just above. A complete assortment in all fields will allow you to make your shopping in a quiet, clean and well-kept space, with fresh, fresh fruits and vegetables, fish and meat products. Back in 1996, Patrick and Annaïck Hernandez were already "ambassadors" on the markets for the department's signature dish: cassoulet de Castelnaudary. Since 2005, they've been selling the real cassoulet from the capital of Chaur in Narbonne. They've chosen the cassoulet from Maison Escudier, handcrafted with quality products. You'll find it in cassole or vacuum-packed (fresh cassoulet), as well as canned. Other gourmet products are also available here, as well as free-range poultry, for pick-up or delivery.
