The most important whitewater base of the department offers canyoning, with its slides and jumps, rafting, or hydrospeed and tubbing, individual buoy descent on the Têt. Glide and emotions guaranteed. But the little ones are not forgotten, because there are several accrobranche courses for the "pitchounes" from 3 to 6 years old (and also for the older ones). A picnic area welcomes you on the riverside. A place 100% nature and sport!

From May to September, discover canyoning with professionals, in the rivers and torrents of the Pyrénées-Orientales. Water hikes, progressive and confirmed discovery of canyoning mainly on the slopes of the Canigó massif. From the gorges of Galamus to the canyon of Llech, via the gourg des Anelles, Jean Guitard's team will take you through gorges, waterfalls, circular basins and slides allowing the craziest slides... Friendly atmosphere.

And here we go, my kiki, for an adrenaline rush! With H2O Vives, thrills in the mountains supervised by professionals specialized in this environment. White water sports: rafting, canyoning, hydrospeed or canoraft, all guaranteed thrills. But also many other adventures around caving or orienteering. The spearhead of In Extremis remains canyoning, an activity that starts at the age of 8 and is available in several versions depending on the level of each person. Between water, rocks and breathtaking landscapes, their team offers a variety of sensational or relaxing activities. Whether it's via ferrata, rock climbing, caving, archery or hydrospeed, you'll be spoilt for choice for exceptional moments with family or friends in an extraordinary natural setting. The vast nautical base offers canoes, kayaks and giant paddles for hire... There's even an aquatic zip-line!

Oygen Adventure, which has set up its base camp at the foot of the Galamus Gorge in a remarkable location, offers you the opportunity to improve your climbing skills, learn about speleology, climb ferratas vias or descend canyons all year round. And there is a choice in the department! To go further and expand its activities, Oxygen also takes you to the Aude to share a friendly adventure in rafting, hydrospeed or kayaking, or to the Ariège to discover the underground world or mountain canyons. With friends, family or alone, the whole team adapts and offers you tailor-made solutions to make your experience unforgettable.

Laurent is a member of the Office des Moniteurs du Languedoc, an association of four qualified outdoor sports professionals. He offers a full range of activities, including climbing the Pic-Saint-Loup, via ferrata in the Cévennes and abseiling, as well as canyoning, notably in the Caroux massif and in the Diable canyon: an opportunity to discover exceptional sites from a different angle, far from the hustle and bustle of tourism.

For people who are fond of strong sensation, "Haute Vallée de l'Aude" is the perfect place to practice canyoning, rafting,  hydrospeed, or other water running sports suggested by Rodéoraft. The starting point of the adventure is at Belvianes and Cavirac, small village 4 km in the south of Quillan. Managed by professionals, you will discover with the current of the exceptional landscapes in the middle of a green nature, and you will experience an unforgettable feelings for kids and for adults.

"Montagne Plaisir" offers, in summer, excursions in the Pyrenees on several rivers (Le Gourg des Annelles, Le Ceret...) and in the gorges of these canyons. During your way down and your journey, you will perform stunts, abseil, tobbogans and jumps on the playful passages under the rocks. Being able to swim is essential.

Boat, canoe, Indian canoe (for 4 people), kayak, paddle : the nautical base of Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert offers you family and unusual strolls according to the boat of your choice, on the water or playful and refreshing moments in the river to discover the Hérault and its ancestral sculptures, the inflow of the Verdu, the Sarrazine Tower. Swimming and relaxing with a breathtaking view of the Devil's bridge as a bonus! An advice nevertheless: take water shoes not to skin your feet on the pebbles.

Looking for thrills? The base of Antignac awaits you. On the program, four activities are proposed: Archery game and Laser tag, water game and bouncy castle in summer only. The latest addition is the water gun. Equipped with technological water guns SPYRABLAST with a full tank, you can shoot 22 SpyraBlasts! Your tactical display shows tank volume and battery status at all times. Your feet are dry but you still come out wet if your opponent is a good shot! You have the choice to fill up with unique memories!

Each season has its own activity at Oxygen Aventure. The range of activities is vast and the team of qualified instructors offers a multitude of activities on land, underground and on the water. The company has been in existence for some time and the instructors are well versed in the sport and will be able to guide you according to your level. Whatever the activity you choose, the equipment is of course provided because you don't go into a canyon in flip-flops! Oxygen Aventure also supervises outside the department (canyoning and potholing in Ariège) and adapts to the needs of groups (schools, sports clubs, companies...).

PRA 66 cultivates the family spirit, and customers love it. Try canyoning from beginners to experienced sportsmen with high quality equipment and video of your exploits offered. For quad biking, an A or B licence is required and you can go for an adventure on paths with a view of the Canigó and the Salses ponds.
