Skateboarding Midi-Pyrénées

Bowls, a pyramid, several transfers: skateboarding fans will know what it's all about and will have a blast. This large open-air concrete skatepark is accessible at all hours of the day and night, but is not lit, limiting the hours of practice. The scenery, between vineyards and hills, is grand enough to indulge in the pleasures of sliding. The scooter, BMX, rollerblade and mountain bike enthusiasts can also enjoy it. For safe sports, remember to wear a helmet.

The Skatepark de Nîmes is located in the Périmètre and Boules stadium of Estanque in May 2007. On a surface of 1 160 m ², the spot is very orienté. It has inclined planes, metal edges, different modules, straight square or sloping square rails, which are practical à. The pros regret the absence of a bowl, the lack of beautiful curves, the pyramid too small and the ledge in low descent. However, the large area allows to make good lines, tricks combinations, rights curbs, with dishes and descents. Marches, jumping tables, copings complete the whole with three levels of difficulty. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is easy parking and an arrival of drinking water is appreciated, especially in the summer.
