Where to jog Midi-Pyrénées

This disused former railroad line, inaugurated in 1893, has been converted into a 33-kilometer greenway. Hikers, horse riders, cyclists and joggers can enjoy the route, alone or with the family, in complete safety and close to nature, far from cars and asphalt. Condom is the starting point, with a 21 km link to Lagraulet-du-Gers. Cazeneuve is 8 km from Eauze. This bucolic route is within easy reach of major tourist sites such as Larressingle, Mouchan, the hamlet of Vopillon and Montréal-du-Gers.

The principle of parkrun is simple: a collective jogging, supervised and timed, each at his own pace, from beginners to the most trained. Supervised by volunteers, it is totally free. The parkrun of La Ramée offers you to meet a group of joggers on Saturday morning at the sports and leisure center of La Ramée, for a five kilometer run. You just have to register before your first participation on the site. At the end of the course, a snack is shared between the participants. Ideal to keep in shape in a friendly atmosphere.

At the end of March, the town of Alès receives one of the rare races of races against the watch organised in the Hexagon, and takes place between the city and the Belvedere. You have understood: the climb is sporty! But if you are driven and the final coast of 1,2 km is not cold in your eyes, rush! The opportunity is ideal for measuring to others, but also - and above all - for yourself, in a cosy and warm atmosphere. And whatever your time, remember that the most important thing is to participate!

A 3 km walk from the village, a course has been built with several sports exercises. The course is slightly hilly and has a pleasant walk in the groves and in the middle of a wild garrigue.
