Located in the heart of the Cartoucherie eco-district, Arcane is a modern coffee shop with a contemporary industrial style, combining concrete and natural materials such as wood. The bright, spacious room lets you enjoy your coffee while working in peace. Alternatively, you can sample one of the daily dishes/desserts and choose your own gourmet moment, as the menu is advertised (including on the Internet) along with the week's menu. Very practical and, above all, very smart. A young, dynamic team welcomes you with a smile. It's even better when you work in such a beautiful place... The quality is top-notch and the portions are adequate.

This new restaurant and cocktail bar with its original setting inspired by the Paris of the Roaring Twenties quickly caught our eye. Gone are the traditional tapas, replaced by a cuisine inspired by the South and steeped in Parisian life. On paper, it doesn't look like much, but in the mouth, we love it. The place is really worth the detour, the atmosphere is fresh without being immature. It's an ideal place for aperitifs with friends, afterwork parties and so on. The team is young and full of ideas. Special mention for the selection of local wines and the presentation of the dishes.

Céline and Patrick

For a long time associated with its neighbour, the "République" cinema (now expatriated to the outskirts), this essential café in the town centre has seen generations of lager and dark beer lovers and happy night owls pass through. Indeed, the Flamand has always been one of the very few places that close late at night in Montauban. The beer list, mostly Belgian and impressive (about ten on draught, nearly 50 on the menu), pop-rock atmosphere, a few concerts, and the only place where you can have a bite to eat "after". Long live the institution!

During the day, before a tanning session, a swim or in the evening after having tasted some shells or a fleshy fish in the restaurant, why not meet under the big shark at the entrance to go and have a drink at Biquet? The welcome is very pleasant, just like this high quality aperitif.

This small tearoom on a sloping street in the center of Millau is run with a smile and good humor. Fresh, seasonal produce and regional specialities form the basis of a menu that changes every week: fresh goat's cheese and pesto cheesecake with carrot and orange velouté, naan with curried zucchini cheese, lamb navarin, pea and feta tart, honey and apricot clafoutis... Mickael, a young man from the Ariège and a former rugby player, conceived the place as a convivial space to meet up with friends, colleagues or family. Conviviality in a warm, contemporary decor. Seduced by the beautiful placette Ste-Scarbes, they threw themselves wholeheartedly into the adventure of this tea salon, the aptly named Trois soeurs.
