A stone's throw from the Victor Hugo market, La Gourmandine, held by the Cortès family, is a very popular bar-restaurant. The décor is refined, contemporary furnishings and very fashionable colors, the pleasant terrace. Restaurant lunch and evening, the place is also a tapas bar, which can be watered with a glass of red or fresh foam until the end of the evening. Here, tapas are like the map of the restaurant, cared for and creative: Summer truffle burrata, cromesquis of veal of veal and pleurots, bocadillos of home smoked salmon and lemon cream, burrata burrata and rocket, duck trilogy… Enjoy a good time between animation and tasting.

Restaurant découvert à l'occasion d'un repas d'affaires. Cuisine très raffinée, produits frais, présentation des plats parfaite. En outre, service impeccable avec serveurs aux petits soins. Une adresse à connaitre en plein centre de Toulouse, et très facile d’accès (parking Victor Hugo juste en face!)
