Friday morning, Sunday morning and large market Tuesday morning from 8 am to 13 pm (food and workmanship). Night market every year, at the end of June, at the beginning of July, with numerous exhibitors and musical groups.

The weekly Marché market is held on Thursday. As for the agricultural comice, a real institution, it takes place every year on the Thursday of ascension… since 1898. Among the oldest in France, it sees 20 000 visitors. This is not the Paris agriculture fair, but it smells the cow anyway! On the menu: agricultural competition, exhibition of cattle, calves, cows, pigs, donkeys, sheep and related horses, cars, agricultural equipment, but also fair to all, local products, shows and entertainment, market and craft market, flower market. A great moment of rural conviviality.

It is one of the department's major food markets. This one takes place on Thursdays and Sunday mornings on Place Fremonts les Essarts. Each of them brings together about fifty exhibitors: local fruit and vegetable producers, but also cheese makers, butchers, poultry and fresh egg sellers, cider and apple juice producers.... Here, it is undoubtedly the Normandy region that is in the spotlight!

Gisors has a long tradition of merchants and their stalls, dating back to the Middle Ages! Today, the town has two markets a week: Fridays and Sundays, from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., plus a special all-day market on Bank Holiday Mondays (Easter and Whitsun). Here, you'll be able to choose from around fifty stalls selling vegetables, fruit, charcuterie, cheese, clothes, gourmet foods and hardware. Markets are a particularly pleasant time to stroll around and sip a coffee on a terrace.

The market Beuzeville, in the village centre, which takes place every Tuesday morning is of these markets of authentic countries that attract the producers and the villagers around. The animation is very friendly and in the capital. The terraces fill up, shops overflowing on the pavements to attract the barge, restaurants offer their market menu... It is the day to feel Norman.

Discover every Saturday morning from 7 pm, the Marché market. A hundred penguins settled on the place de la Madeleine to the entrance to the city centre. You can find traditional butchers, florists,' or rôtisseurs, but also organic products, clothing and Asian caterer! Young people can see some poultry. An essential market!

The Wednesday market is famous for its live animals (rabbits, ducks, hens). A tradition of the Hundred Years War!

Louviers has two weekly markets: the tiny Wednesday and much more important on Saturday (140 merchants, 160 in summer). But the local institution is the traditional fair of Saint-Michel, whose origin dates back to 1806. On September 29, this cattle and taillandiers fair marked the end of large agricultural works. Today, it is dedicated to trade and good business, the most important of the department, takes place for three days, gathers 650 exhibitors spread over 5 km and moves 80 000 consumers or/and curious.

Unmissable! The place of the delights of the sea that the Ouistrehamais like to share with their friends. The obligatory point of passage for the best of the night fishing: sole, turbot, brill, mackerel, whiting, rays, cuttlefish and other sea bass, crustaceans (eels, edible crab, scallops, whelks, crab, cockles, prawns, lobsters...), grey shrimps... compete for freshness. Between October and May, the scallop takes the lion's share of the landings. A small alley and about ten large signs for this authentic market.

In Caen, there is no lack of markets, follow the guide! On Tuesdays, go to rue de Bayeux and Grâce de Dieu, place du Commerce. On Wednesday, boulevard Leroy (we have a soft spot for this old-fashioned taste), rue de la Défense-Passive, or avenue Charlemagne. Thursday, La Guérinière and Chemin Vert. Friday, towards Place Saint-Sauveur, Rue Pémagnie, and Fossés-Saint-Julien. Saturday, Dr-Henri-Buot and Champlain squares. Sunday, place Courtonne and especially quai Vendeuvre, it is the huge market of Caen. It's your choice!
