Stretching 234 km between Bois-des-Filion and Mont-Laurier, the trail follows the route of the old "Train du Nord". A 256-kilometre loop circuit around Lac Saint-Jean. It provides access to Pointe-Taillon National Park and to picturesque municipalities located on the outlying roads. The circuit offers multiple opportunities for visiting natural sites, restaurants, camping, hotels and B&Bs.
