Chaintré, Fuissé, Pouilly, Solutré and Vergisson - what pretty villages and noble terroirs. It's at the foot of Solutré that the modern Atrium du Pouilly-Fuissé has been set up, uniting 250 producers of the eponymous appellation. A modern, bright and friendly tasting room, where you can discover the wines of this fabulous terroir, as well as other aspects of the area. Six discovery weekends, with free tastings of six wines, are also organized throughout the year.

The Cave des Vignerons de Mancey is a unique winery dedicated to the vines and wines of Burgundy, with a scenographic space and a huge range of 85 Burgundy appellations. The cellar showcases the work of some 50 winemakers, who produce small cuvées of chardonnay, pinot noir, aligoté and gamay, expressing the typicity of their terroirs. For gourmets, the "produits du terroir" area, where you'll also find a wide selection of wine accessories, offers the best of local traditions.

Discover Millebuis by Les Vignerons de Buxy, the emblematic cooperative winery of Buxy, founded in 1931 by committed winegrowers. With nearly 200 members, it offers a variety of local appellations at affordable prices. Dive into the world of Montagny, Givry, Rully, Mercurey... Bourgogne Côte Chalonnaise and Crémant de Bourgogne. But that's not all! Millebuis is also a convivial place where many events take place. Delicious floating aperitifs on the Saône, the 2nd edition of Festi Millebuis (rock concerts in the vineyards), the "Mystère" aperitifs... Created by the Mercurey defense and management organization (ODG), Caveau Divin is the showcase for the Mercurey AOC, which celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2023. The cellar features 44 estates with one or two crus each, and 64 wines. It's possible to taste them all, thanks to the fact that the wines are kept in an oenomatic cellar, which allows the bottles to be kept open under nitrogen. The formula is simple: simply obtain a tasting card from reception, credit it with the amount of your choice, and make your selection from the wines available.

In 1957, it all began in a small village on the Hautes Côtes, in the hamlet of Orches, with 10 winegrowers. Today, it has 80 associate winegrowers working 350 ha of vines from Maranges to Marsannay on 1,472 plots. It is the only cooperative winery in the Côte-d'Or region to have earned the Vignerons Engagements label, selling 3 million bottles a year of sustainable, organic and eco-designed cuvées. 40 references, from regional appellations to grands crus and Crémants.

The Caveau Sainte-Marie has been grouping together the productions of winegrowers organized in a cooperative for nearly 60 years. A committed actor who participates in the promotion of the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, Nuits, Crémants... The team of the sales cellar welcomes you in a warm place, the tastings are free and commented. The Cave des Vignerons d'Igé brings together 25 vineyards covering 190 hectares, producing a variety of appellations. Wine-tourism outings are available for free exploration of the surrounding vineyards and villages. Stop by the boutique, where you can taste and sell our wines: Mâcon IGE Blanc, Mâcon Village, Saint-Véran, and Crémants de Bourgogne. A new feature is an online boutique offering a full range of wines, including Macon rosé du terroir des brigands. Created by the winegrowers' union and chaired by Yvan Dufouleur, the Maison des Vignerons is a superb showcase for the 40 member winegrowers from Nuits-Saint-Georges and Premeaux-Prissey. Its vocation is to bring together a large number of references in one place. Mostly reds, but also whites, rosés and crémants are available. And if you don't know what to choose, a friendly sales assistant will listen to your preferences and advise you.

Just a stone's throw from the famous Château de Cormatin, the Caveau du Figuier is the perfect place to stop. With over 25 years' experience, Évelyne offers a wide range of wines, beers and spirits. Local beverages (Crémant de Bourgogne, wines from Côte Chalonnaise, Mâconnais, Beaujolais, etc.), as well as wines from all over France and the world, are on sale. Tastings are available on request. Artisanal lemonades, tapenades, terrines and other regional delicacies complete the selection. An address not to be missed.

With its 400 member-cooperators, Cave de Lugny shines the spotlight on these master craftsmen, proud of their land, who care for and nurture their vines all year round. The Cave Coopérative produces and markets wines, continuing the expertise of several generations of winegrowers. The Lugny winery raises and vinifies white wines in particular, bringing their uniqueness and international renown. A dedicated sales and tasting area showcases the floral, honey and citrus characteristics of these Mâconnais cuvées.

Founded in 1750, this is one of the oldest houses in Beaune. Michel Bouchard, draper and wine merchant, and later his son Joseph, established the family here. Visit the Hôtel du Conseiller du Roy, a superb residence dating from 1743. The "Discovery" tour includes a sensory, playful and interactive 5-sensory tour, and a tasting of 5 wines that opens the ^18th-century cellars. The "Souvenir" tour includes a Premier Cru and Grand Cru tasting, and you leave with a souvenir bottle. In the boutique, bottles to suit all tastes.

La Conseillerie des Tonneliers, created by Claude Siegrist in 1978 in Beaune, has the will to put forward beautiful wines of winegrowers. For 44 years, the best vintages of Burgundy and other regions of France have been sought after like nuggets for the professional network, tourists and locals. Real treasures, 1 000 selected references, an online sales site and a superb cellar. Yvan, his son, and Laetitia, his granddaughter, are passionate about the diversity of the terroirs, and are committed to creating emotion through accessible wines at estate prices.

Here you can find irancy and palotte palotte, a more careful, robust and powerful wine. These wines are not filtered during bottling. You can also buy rosé burgundy. Nice welcome.

Since 1947, Caves Maurin de Dole has been managing no fewer than 600 wines, 400 spirits and 300 beers from all wine-growing regions. You'll find wines from the Jura, Burgundy and elsewhere. Another of the company's strengths: a fine range of whiskies, liqueurs and champagnes. And let's not forget the beer section! Located not far from the Intermarché supermarket, the store is spacious and well organized. And the advice is always sound. In short, this is a store you really must visit! In Préhy, this estate produces Chardonnay for the Bourgogne and Chablis appellations, Sauvignon for the Saint-Bris AOC and Pinot Noir for Irancy, all with the HEV label. You can discover them (and taste local produce) in their Chablis cellar. In addition, 2 superb gîtes are available in Préhy. And soon, a beautiful hotel in the center of Chablis: the emblematic Hôtel Bergerand is being renovated and will soon be transformed into the Hôtel Gueguen!

It all began in 1989, when sixteen local winegrowers set up a joint sales boutique! In one place, you can discover different terroirs and vintages, different winemaking methods, each wine with its own soul, but all the fruit of the winemakers' labor. A great showcase for the local estates, the winegrowers and Pommard. You can feel how attached Delphine is to this land.

At the foot of the majestic Solutré rock, the Cave des Vignerons des Terres Secrètes unveils wines deeply marked by their terroir. Sometimes from tiny plots, they acquire a distinctive character that sets them apart. The winery is also committed to the environment, through its "Vignerons engagés développement durable" label. Saint-Véran, mâcon verzé, pouilly-fuissé and other local appellations are available for tasting, and vineyard walks are organized in fine weather.

Created in 1928, the Viré winery, which in 2020 chose to rename itself Vérizet (after a former commune now part of Viré), has some 150 cooperative members. The winery produces AOP mâcon, mâcon villages, mâcon péronne, crémant de Bourgogne and viré-clessé (perfect as an aperitif). The winery regularly produces special cuvées, such as Grande Réserve and Cuvée Héritage, hand-harvested from old vines, revealing a fine blend of fruit and minerality. A fine address, where tastings are free of charge.

This cooperative winery is housed in a large, attractive building along the roadside in the heart of the Mâconnais vineyards. Founded in 1929, it united the winegrowers of the villages of Vinzelles and Lochés, producing prestigious cuvées in Burgundy and Beaujolais. The modern sales and tasting area is totally dedicated to the wines of this corner of the Mâconnais region: pouilly vinzelles, pouilly fuissé, pouilly loché and saint-véran.
