At the Caveau de Saint-Gengoux-le-National, an authentic wine cellar attached to the Cave des Vignerons de Buxy since 1976, you'll discover the Côte Chalonnaise AOCs at a very good price/pleasure ratio: Côte Chalonnaise, Montagny, Rully, Mercurey, Givry, not forgetting Crémant de Bourgogne or Mâcon Saint-Gengoux-le-National. Created in 2021 by Charlotte and Fabrice, La Maison des ateliers is a unique place where people come to learn and exchange. The magnificent building, which also houses the Wine School, hosts a wide range of workshops run by professionals throughout the year, including introductory wine-tasting courses with Fabrice, founder and MOF sommelier, as well as cooking and pastry classes, botanical workshops, wellness workshops and a culinary awakening for the very young. It's Mâcon's essential place for sharing and learning.

The vineyard of the castle of Arlay would be one of the oldest in France. Vines are attested since 1070 at the foot of its fortress. This "Bon Pays" which borders both Bresse and Revermont belonged to the Burgundian counts. From then on, this enclave was called "Little Burgundy" because of the remarkable acclimatisation of the pinot noir grape. The vines are still grown here as they are in this region. The 25 ha estate is still run by the de La Guiche family (Alain, Anne and Pierre-Armand). It was a pioneer in the use of the lyre system.

Le Médiéval is above all a restaurant held by Franck and Marie Wittmann. The chef, Frank, is not a beginner. Trained at the Bernard-Loiseau hotel school of Semur-en-Auxois, it has been awarded by the Clos Napoléon in Fixin and at Auberge Vittellienne in Vitteaux. It is in an authentic environment that it offers traditional and very neat cuisine. In addition to the very good table, the hotel also offers a very nice selection of wines from the Burgundian region in its cellar. In the heart of Irancy, La Cuverie brewery opened its doors in the old village school. Camille and Lucile, master brewer and brewer, create organic beers with a variety of styles and a unique character. At La Fontaine, Dominique Grand will welcome you with simplicity and passion. A discreet professional who does not like laurels. He went organic in 2009. His 3 hectares in the Côtes-du-Jura region are devoted to white wines. The maturing under veil of the savagnin has been abandoned. The freshness and minerality are found in 3 categories: classic white in barrels, traminer-type cuvée and November harvest. The winegrower is building a solid reputation with a late harvest called "École buissonnière". Trials in red are made with the beclan, an ancient grape variety of the area.

Pierre Ravaut, 6th generation of the Gaston and Pierre Ravaut estate, now owns his own house, a rich and promising heritage in the pure family tradition. The Domaine Pierre Ravaut is located on the main road of the village with ideal parking and reception conditions. You have access to a catalogue of about ten reds and four whites starting from the Burgundy appellations and going up to the jewels of the Climats de Bourgogne. The meeting with Pierre Ravaut is disturbing for those who know Gaston whose filiation he cannot deny!

The Bonnot dynasty has been nestled in this Cluniac site since 1936, but its influence extends far beyond the region. Thierry has been developing it since 1990. This family-run winegrowing company makes it a point of honor to put Jura wines on a pedestal, with their meticulous winemaking and state-of-the-art ageing techniques. There are more than twenty references from the region, frequently winning awards and appearing in wine guides. Thierry's fine palate and that of his son also offer more than a hundred wines from France, from hand-picked producers.

VIF beers were born in 2021 from the will of Thomas and Lara to differentiate themselves with character and modernity. in the ^7th generation, Yves, with his son Loïc, is at the head of this family heritage. We can only pay tribute to the memory of Edward de Suremain, Yves' grandfather, as he was at the origin, in 1923, of the Mercurey appellation. Thanks to these two enthusiasts, you can learn all about the history of the domaine, this fabulous village and this exceptional terroir. Domaine de Suremain produces six red Mercurey wines, including five ^1ers crus with distinctive characteristics, a white Mercurey and a crémant. The vines are grown using sustainable methods and harvested by hand.

This estate cultivates its vines on 33 ha, ten of which are planted with Premier Cru. The wines are highly distinctive, with intense aromas of white flowers, rose and acacia honey on the nose and palate. A know-how that focuses on quality at every stage of production. As a result, the company's products can be found on all the best Burgundy tables, and even far beyond! The Domaine Fillon has specialized in vineyards for many generations. The estate consists of 37 hectares and offers Chablis and Côtes de l'Auxerrois wines (white, red and rosé). Chablis Premier Cru "Les Beauregards" and "Montmains", Chablis, and Petit Chablis are offered. And, on the Auxerrois side, a Saint-Bris, a Bourgogne Blanc and a Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre as well as a very good ratafia, and grape or cherry juices... all homemade! Situated in the small village of Irancy for four generations, the estate (11 ha) produces wines (in organic agriculture, labelled AB) mainly from the pinot noir grape variety. A controlled organic agriculture which gives the productions finesse and minerality. Red and rosé wines that exalt fruity, floral and spicy notes. Olivier and Nelly Morin raise their vines on 12 hectares, and propose white and red Burgundy Chitry wines, but also Chablis, Burgundy Aligotés, Irancy wines and Burgundy crémants. It is in the respect of soils and cultures that grow their vines, and that are elaborated balanced wines, fruits of a soil which knew to keep all its natural richnesses. In fact, the Morins have won numerous awards: each year, their production is distinguished by the best specialized guides!

The Pavillon des Vignerons is the wine showcase for 22 Savigny estates, not all of which are open to the public, and each of which has vineyard plots in the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits. The good news is that the Caveau des Climats offers the same prices as the domaines. The Domaine de la Chaume Blanche, run for more than twenty years by Denis Gabrielle, covers 7 hectares in the heart of the hillsides of Venoy, a village near Auxerre which received the AOC Burgundy appellation in 1988. The richness of the terroirs and the quality of the work in the vineyard give each harvest noble and fine wines, with multiple and subtle tastes. Red and white wines, crémant and ratafia that you can come and taste at the domain.

The Albert Ponnelle House is now led by Pierre Ponnelle. More than 200 000 bottles are produced. Pierre Ponnelle has naturally evolved into organic wines. A nice catalogue, therefore in white as in red. From Chardonnay burgundy to Grand-Charlemagne Grand cru by villages and puligny-montrachet 1 ^st cru Les Folatières for Whites. Beautiful range of red: from Pinot Pinot-noir to grands crus, Corton Les Renardes, Charms-Chambertin, Echezeaux and Clos de Vougeot with a beautiful palette of 1 ^st vrus in volnay, savigny, beaune, aloxe-corton, pommare, nights-saint-georges, chambolle-musigny and vosnes-romanée. A reception and tasting cellar is at the meeting, as a visit of Cistercian cellars in the XIV. Parking is offered in the course of the area situated at the entrance of Beaune and 5 minutes from the city centre on foot.

Located just a few minutes from the Palais des Congrès, the aptly named Grande Boutique du Vin has the feel of a bourgeois house. A brand present in Burgundy since 1991 and in Champagne for more than 30 years which offers a very large number of references while maintaining a policy of fair prices. A temple of the Grands Crus. More than 100 Champagnes of great brands and owners. More than 1000 wines from all regions. If CHP is implanted from the 2 vineyard regions, its offer is extended to all France as well as to the wines of the new world. The range of spirits is also very wide.

Rième's reputation is well established in France and beyond. Founded by Marcel Rième in Morteau in 1921, the lemonade maker's sweet, gourmet flavors have been handed down from generation to generation. The syrups and lemonade have an authentic taste of yesteryear, a true symbol of Comtois know-how, using over 30 original scents with natural fruit and plant extracts, essences of fir, gentian or mirabelle plum. The mythical sparkling "Mortuacienne" will take you back to your childhood memories...

Settled in 1990, Isabelle and Denis Pommier took over the family land to develop it. 16 hectares of vines with, on the menu, several appellations of Chablis and Burgundy. A long term work, the result of the passion of these winegrowers. An estate that has gone organic to respect the environment and the vines. Result: numerous awards and recognition on the best local tables. Notably in 2019 in the Hachette wine guide on the Hauterivien 2016, the Côte de Léchet 2016 and the Chablis premier cru Troesmes.

In 2000, Jean-Philippe and Jean-Guillaume Bret took over the La Soufrandière estate, acquired in 1947 by their paternal grandfather. They farm their vines using organic and biodynamic methods (including horse-drawn ploughing). They treat the great wines they produce with the same care, thanks to their wine merchant Bret Brothers. It's a pleasure to stop and meet these passionate people, who gladly share their love of terroir.

The Curveux family estate has been established in Fuissé, near the superb Saint-Germain church, for four generations now, winemakers from father to son. The estate is now in the hands of Guillaume, who has taken over from his father Joël. Take advantage of a stroll in the surrounding area to taste one of the appellations produced (Mâcon-Fuissé, Mâcon-Chaintré, Pouilly-Fuissé and Pouilly-Fuissé^1er cru) in the 8-hectare vineyard. The vineyard, which is cultivated in a sustainable manner, is certified High Environmental Value.
