SENNECEY LÈS DIJON - BIEN VIVRE ENSEMBLE

A sports field to create social links. Of the 14-hectare ZAC des Fontaines program, 5 hectares will remain planted. At the heart of the district, the Parc des Eaux, the Buttes playground, the conservatory orchard and the slide area provide meeting places, promenades and a reservoir of biodiversity.

A micro-creche will open in the neighborhood in 2024.

A bus line will link the district in 2025.

A student residence could also be built in Sennecey-lès-Dijon, as the commune is considering the project.

Finally, Belles Houses brings together 136 homes, including 50 single-family homes built by developers Sopirim and Voisin Immobilier using wood-frame construction. The first units were delivered at the end of 2023.
