BFC PROMOTION HABITAT
BFC Promotion Habitat (a home ownership cooperative formed in 2017 from the merger of Bourgogne Habitat, Le Toit Bourguignon and the redeployment to Franche-Comté of BFC COOP IMMO, whose destiny is linked to the Dijon cooperative) builds new homes for affordable home ownership through a range of formulas, including the sale of properties with price and income ceilings and 5.5% VAT, and qualifying for zero-rate loans or the PSLA (Location Accession) scheme.
The range also extends to building plots in the Côte-d'Or and Saône-et-Loire regions, with the company also acting as a land developer.
BFC Promotion Habitat's reach extends beyond metropolitan France to the entire Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region. Thanks to new partnerships, the cooperative produces around 150 new homes a year.
Current programs are located in Dijon, Perrigny-lès-Dijon, Marcilly-sur-Tille, Fontaine-Française, Montagny-lès-Beaune and as far as Tournus.
