CDC Habitat, formerly SCIC Habitat Bourgogne, remains thethird largest social landlord in Dijon, the largest in Quetigny and thesecond largest in Chevigny-Saint-Sauveur, with a portfolio of more than 8,700 homes in Burgundy. It has become theleading social landlord in France following reorganisation. CDC Habitat is a social housing company, a subsidiary of the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations at the service of local authorities. CDC Habitat Dijon builds about 100 new homes every year. The old rental stock is considerably renovated in order to optimise the energy performance of the buildings and to reduce their costs. CDC Habitat offers its clients a residential pathway with a range of new homes in response to their demands. Some tenants can become homeowners by purchasing their own home or one of the 50 units put up for sale each year. The offer ranges from studio to T5. You can also opt for a new home via the rent-to-own scheme, known as PSLA, a low-cost scheme in which some twenty homes are offered with clauses to secure the buyer. Visit the CDC Habitat website where you can register your housing application online. Otherwise, visit one of the three agencies in Dijon, Quetigny and Beaune.
