Since 1938, at the initiative of the Confrérie des Chevaliers de Tastevin, a village of Burgundy vineyards has been receiving, every year, the rotating festival of Saint Vincent and hosting the gathering of all the brotherhoods or fraternal societies of the region. On January 26 and 27, 2019, Vézelay will organize the rotating Saint Vincent. The 80 statues of the societies of Saint Vincent will cross the climates and the streets during the parades. Small reminder: On January 22, the day of Saint Vincent generally corresponds to a period of transition between the state of hibernation of the vine and the return of the vegetation. In the past, they said: «At Saint Vincent, winter is going or resumes». Is this why the winemakers made Vincent their patron saint? Is it because in Vincent there is "vin"? It is a mystery…

At this celebration, the village of Vézelay located in Yonne honours its recognition in AOC 'Vézelay Village' which replaces the name Burgundy. The red and white wines of Vézelien will be tasted in a dozen cellars.

Organised by the Office du Chablis in partnership with the Bureau Interprofessionnel des Vins de Bourgogne (BIVB) every year at the end of October, for a weekend since 1949, the Fête des vins de Chablis (Chablis Wine Festival) is an opportunity to discover and taste the four levels of the Chablis appellation (Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru and Chablis Grand Cru) and to meet over 50 Chablis wine growers. The village comes alive thanks to the many activities around wine. A very festive weekend to be enjoyed in moderation!

As every year, the winegrowers of the AOC Maranges organize their festival. 23 winegrowers will be there. Animations, hikes to discover the Cabotes, tastings and catering to discover the wines of the winegrowers of Cheilly-les-Maranges, Dezize-les-Maranges and Sampigny-les-Maranges, which are listed in the Côte de Beaune and therefore belong to the territory of the Climats de Bourgogne, which are listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO!

A new year for the young Cité de la Gastronomie et du Vin as it turns its attention to the people of Dijon! 2 years is celebrated on May 5 with a Giant Cluedo in the heart of the city. From May 8 to 12, it's Korea Week, with events and workshops on the Land of Morning Calm. On July 17, she'll be taking part in the passing of the Olympic Flame! In September, Show les Papilles returns for its third consecutive year, once again highlighting the finest local and regional gastronomic products. From October 14 to 20, it's Taste Week. Every year, the ODG des Vins de Beaune organizes the Saint Vincent de Beaune event. On Saturday March 23, the event will take place at the Musée du Vin, in the Hôtel des Ducs de Bourgogne. A day of tastings of Beaune wines by Beaune's wine houses and estates. Baptiste Guyot presides over the Saint Vincent de Beaune and the ODG of the Beaune appellation, which, with its 415 ha, deserves to be better known. A Beaune permit has been created as a 40-question quiz, to give a broad idea of what wine is, and to better understand this appellation, which is the largest in the Côte d'Or.

Since 1996, on the fourth weekend of October, the winegrowers of Auxey-Duresses organise - via the winegrowers' union of this winegrowing village located a stone's throw from Beaune - a big festival called Coup d'oeil, Coup de Coeur. The principle is simple: about twenty professionals open their doors to the public for a walk through the vineyards (this is the Coup d'oeil). A good opportunity to discover the local wines but also to appreciate some gourmet specialities and admire some craft exhibitions. It's a guaranteed "Coup de Coeur"!

Poligny, the capital of the county, celebrates this delicious and famous AOP cheese every year in a convivial and festive atmosphere. Discover on-line the manufacture of the old county and enjoy a tasty evening fondue.

Solicited some thirty years ago by a group of fifteen people for a crayfish dinner, René and Catherine Fortin decided to cook some not for fifteen, but for the whole village! The tradition has remained: every first weekend of August, it is the crayfish festival in Anost. In their restaurant La Galvache, they offer two crayfish-based menus and American-style crayfish, in sauce, to take away. A popular meeting place for regulars, it also attracts many curious people. We come there without hesitation!
