For this 2023 edition, lovers of fine food and regional products are invited to join us at the end of September and beginning of October. Gastronomic Dole has pulled out all the stops, as in previous years. With the presence of top chefs and producers, each year an internationally renowned personality sponsors the event. Dominique Loiseau is still the patron of the event, with Toulouse à table and the town of Tournus as guests of honor. Admission is free, but a tasting pass is also on sale.
