Every year, on the 1st weekend of February, a village in the Chablis region is the center of this wine festival celebrating local vintages.

Every first weekend in February, the wine villages of the Chablis region honor Saint-Vincent, the patron saint of winegrowers. And everyone takes it upon themselves to organize this great festival. The streets are decorated and come alive for two days. An exceptional cuvée is created by all the winegrowers. Processions, inductions into the Confrérie des Piliers Chablisiens, and of course tastings are on offer... In 2025, we'll be celebrating the 54th edition of this great local event.
