RISTORANTE MONTI BLU

The large terrace on the square is very pleasant in the evening. In the warmer hours, the elegant black and white air-conditioned room is a must. Here you can sit under large hop garlands and enjoy a typically Italian cuisine with a lot of creativity. Ravioli with squid ink, pasta with mussels and shrimps, half-cooked red tuna... It's beautiful and good at the same time. We love it!

He's equally at home with seafood and mountain produce: the octopus is to die for, and the meats are perfectly cooked. The finesse of the dishes reflects the setting - Liberty means Art Nouveau - and the staff. The wines are delicious, and you'll be advised by a real sommelier. Everything is beautiful and elegant! We spent a wonderful evening in a truly atypical and enchanting place.

We can only thank them for opening their terrace with its spectacular view to gourmets. The Gennargentu mountains, the plain and the Gulf of Orosei are spread out before your eyes.
