Nicola, a young chef with a wealth of experience on the continent, set himself the challenge of giving this restaurant a second life. Binzas surprises with its original dishes and subtle, surprising combinations. We love the balance between colors and flavors, the choice to favor small wineries and to seek the beautiful in the simple. "Small is beautiful", just like the intimate dining room (barely 20 covers), with its sober, uncluttered yet warm decor. A romantic setting and an up-and-coming chef!

Behind the rather discreet door of this restaurant lies one of the best restaurants in the city. A truly authentic address, it offers typical dishes prepared with the best ingredients. The pork comes from a traditional chain that raises its animals in a responsible manner. It is not by chance that the restaurant has been mentioned in the Slow Food network guide for more than 20 years. The dishes are fragrant and hearty. If you like a mix of sweet and savoury, don't hesitate to try the hot pecorino with honey and nuts as a starter.

Opposite the Sulis Tower, just at the entrance to the old town, you can see the sea from the long bay window of this restaurant. This is where the inhabitants of Alghero come when a craving for lobster seizes them. This is the speciality of the establishment and you can see them splashing around in the aquarium at the entrance. The menu, which is entirely sea-facing, offers the great classics: grilled or fried fish, pasta with bottarga, etc. The setting has the look of a chic brasserie with its whitewashed stone walls, vaults and verandah.

A German brasserie-restaurant. Pleasant, but the choice is not very extensive.

With the same passion, Mario and his team celebrate meat, fish and veggie (and even vegan) dishes. What a wonderful balance of flavors, textures and colors! This restaurant really has a soul, and we were charmed!

A very good restaurant of fish and spaghetti. The tourist menu for small budgets is perfectly correct. The hotel of the same name has 39 single, but clean and welcoming rooms.
