The restaurant of the hotel Il Querceto is a pure delight. We were amazed by the quality of execution of the dishes, the presentation of the plates and the great finesse in the mouth. Meat or fish, rice or pasta, it's a no-fail. An avalanche of flavors that you can enjoy in the summer on the terrace at sunset - as romantic as it gets. The staff is very attentive, Massimiliano watches over his team like a conductor and has recruited a prestigious chef. This is one of our best addresses in Sardinia that we recommend with our eyes closed.

Niala is the mountain inn that every lover of good food and wilderness dreams of. Lost in the woods at the end of a trail and a stone's throw from a pretty stream and its inviting pools, this inn with its rustic and refined architecture, combining wood and stone, can only delight you. The large windows almost make us forget that we are inside, so close to nature. As for the cuisine, it's a no-fault affair: cold cuts, meats and pastas are exquisite. Only local and even zero km. We love it!

The place is defined as a boutique-restaurant, meaning a trendy place with a modern decor. The menu is a change from traditional restaurants and is perfect for a light and fresh lunch. Antipasti, pasta and salads compete with a limited choice of pizzas and vegetable side dishes. The menu may seem banal, but the choice of ingredients makes the difference. Thus a salad will be composed of radish, carrot, orange, fennel... but not salad. With its pleasant terrace, this address has it all.
