In a red and black décor, the great chef's disciple, Axel Manes, the youngest chef to be awarded 1 star in the Guide Rouge, runs the establishment with a masterly hand. The chic, cosmopolitan clientele loves this place, where seasonal produce takes pride of place. At lunchtime, the restaurant offers a very reasonably priced menu, which is not the case with the wine list. You've been warned.
