MARCHÉ MUNICIPAL
Read morePrefer the morning to visit this pleasant municipal market. As in many markets in coastal towns in Tunisia, you will find freshly caught fish from the night. We enjoyed Monsieur Larbi's stall with fresh tuna, red mullet, whiting and mullet. The Cap Bon region is also honored with its fresh products: its succulent fruits and vegetables. You can also take the opportunity to quench your thirst at the fresh lemon juice vendor's shop. A pleasant stop outside the tourist circuits!

GLACIER CHEZ AREM
Read moreFrom father to son for generations, this glacier off the Sfaxiens and tourists passing through his "brioche-ice" duo. To try!
SOUK ET BOUTIQUES
Read moreThe region has a rich and varied craft industry. Production of carpets, mergoum (wool), jebba and bernous (men's clothing) and hrem (silk sheet, traditional women's clothing) and palm tree derivatives... It is difficult to list all the stores, as they are numerous and diverse. The best thing to do here is probably to walk around the city or, if you are here on market day, in its souks; the stalls in the tourist area are not exceptional, but they are well-stocked enough to find what you want.
