Prefer the morning to visit this pleasant municipal market. As in many markets in coastal towns in Tunisia, you will find freshly caught fish from the night. We enjoyed Monsieur Larbi's stall with fresh tuna, red mullet, whiting and mullet. The Cap Bon region is also honored with its fresh products: its succulent fruits and vegetables. You can also take the opportunity to quench your thirst at the fresh lemon juice vendor's shop. A pleasant stop outside the tourist circuits!

Le Marché Municipal à Hammamet
Découvert un peu par hasard en sortant du taxi, le marché municipal où, vue l'heure un peu tardive, certains étals étaient déjà fermés. Mais il y avait cependant encore largement de quoi se satisfaire, avec les volailles dont certaines poules ou lapin se trouvaient hors de leur cage, et des poissons et poulpes très appétissants. Un moment vraiment agréable du quotidien.
