For a romantic lunch or an evening with friends, l'Escale unfolds its charming and refined setting, a stone's throw from the bustle of Grande Anse. The service is efficient, as is the simple but good quality menu. Here the cuisine is resolutely bistronomic. We like the semi-cooked tuna, the sea bream ceviche or the beef filet. The desserts are just as nice. The staff is very keen. Nice cocktail menu. Menu on the slate on Fridays and Saturdays.

It is the new meeting place for the Fort-de-France night owls. Opened in July 2022, this restaurant located on several floors has an ultra-modern and trendy decoration. Come here to simply enjoy the fusion cuisine, but also party with friends! Local and international DJs regularly take turns at the turntables to set the mood. As for the cuisine, the specialties mix traditional and Asian flavors. Nice cocktail menu. We love it!
