On sunny days, it is delightful to have breakfast in the pretty cobbled courtyard.

Welcome to Falun Prison. Here you can stay in the same environment as the prisoners of the time, with barred windows. Tempting? The prison has been preserved as is, although it has been renovated to accommodate guests and offer a unique experience. The prison closed in 1995 and was transformed into an AJ in 1999. You can spend an original night in the old cells. A small museum reminds us of the old days of the building in the basement.
