In this sickle-shaped street, the Kalikå handicraft shop sells absolutely unique and very cute toys: Fanciful animals in velvet (one can buy the fabric and the indications to do it yourself), very pure wooden toys as we once saw. Also comfortable and fun clothes for children and patchwork blankets.

A contemporary handicraft shop and gallery, established in 1984; in the charming and picturesque district of Haga. The shop offers beautiful ceramics and earthenware, as well as innovative, high quality jewellery. Everything is handmade by the members of the Sintra cooperative. Often the artists are present and can inform you about their creations and give you advice. There is also a small exhibition in the gallery, presenting contemporary Scandinavian crafts. A beautiful artisanal store dedicated to pewter work. Most of the jewelry is handmade. Beautiful products, quite expensive, that you can imagine buying for yourself or giving as gifts. If you're looking for a refined, authentic gift, this is the place to find it! At the entrance, a small counter will gladly serve you a coffee, to be enjoyed with a few cookies, to warm up or just to chat with the person sitting next to you. A store well worth a visit.

Sweden is well known for its crystal quality and the originality of its crystal products. Stockholm does not have a crystal factory per se, but it is possible to make some fine purchases in the capital. One of the best-known crystal factories, Orrefors, displays its pure and sublime art in this shop, including Nobel sets and classic Snowball crystals. The creations are a real treat for the eyes, and are fabulous souvenirs to take home. Not to be missed!

Interesting and charming. The building dates from the late ^19th century and was originally a former bank palace. The house, which is worth a visit in itself, is in the neo-Renaissance style with influences from Roman models. The bank moved in in 1885, but the house was not fully completed until 1905. Today, this beautiful building houses a large two-story antique store. You will discover all sorts of impressive objects and furniture in this very charming establishment. The opportunity to go back in time!

In the name of La Pierre Runic, this boutique offers a large collection of Viking jewellery from Sweden, Norway and Denmark. There are also the famous Dalahästar, wooden horses from the Dalarna region, as well as crystal glass from glass glass Arques Boda and Målerås from the Småland region.

Close to the Royal Castle, this artisan boutique offers fine Viking jewelry and authentic Swedish and Norwegian sweaters.

If you don't trust the items sold in the tourist stores in Gamla Stan, you can be sure that everything you find here is made in Sweden! The store specializes in handicrafts and is aimed at both those who want to learn about them and those who want to buy them. Kaolin was formed in 1978 when a group of potters got together and started a cooperative and store. The name Kaolin refers to China's Gaolin Mountain, where kaolin was once found in both clay and glaze. Today, thirty-five years later, Kaolin is a gallery specializing in Swedish ceramics and presents itself as a meeting place for art associations, collectors and pottery enthusiasts. A delight even for those unfamiliar with the craft.

Specializing in contemporary Swedish ceramics, Blås & Knåda is a ceramics gallery and boutique. Translated into French, the store is called "Souffler & Pétrir", in reference to the artisanal techniques of ceramics. You can see the work of many different artisans, with quite different styles, which means there's something for everyone, sold at varying price levels, enticing you to explore, among the shelves and display tables. A fun store for unusual gifts!

In the cute red wooden house with green shutters that marks the corner of Bondegatan and Södermannagatan, artist Anne Junsjo exhibits and sells her beautiful ceramics. Pastel colors, animal or abstract shapes, boxes and jars are mixed on the shelves, and if you are lucky enough to pass by during opening hours, you will surely find a small souvenir to take home, after having learned from Anne some of the manufacturing secrets. A real gem of Södermalm, reducing the grandeur of the city to a familiar scale.
