Tony Prudent, originally from Martinique and now a native of Marie-Galante, offers direct sales of beehive products (royal jelly, honey, propolis, pollen, mead, candles). Her honey has the authentic flavor of honey produced and harvested on the island of Marie-Galante. It has already earned him a gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole de la Foire de Paris in 2015 for Campêche honey in the light tropical honey category. Tours and workshops are available for groups, but must be booked in advance.

An avid beekeeper for many years, Jean-Marc offers tours and tastings of his award-winning golden honey. On the heights of Saint-Louis, you can discover the artisanal production of honey and battery syrup, as well as soaps, vinegars, mead and pastries, including battery syrup cookies! And don't forget to try our ti punch lemon and honey! All these products can be purchased directly on site.

Their range of artisanal products extends each year: orange wine is produced by a craftsman of Old Inhabitants, the care products by a laboratory of Saint-François… All products derived from the hive: honey, royal jelly, pollen, candles, punch and gingerbread, cosmetics to honey come from the workshop on the spot.

These excellent jams are made in a small Creole hut in the heart of nature, close to the bain des amours. They're bursting with authentic, gourmet flavors that are a must-try, especially as they contain less sugar and more fruit, spices and herbs.
