Marianne, a Swiss young women chocolate maker, arrived in Guadeloupe in 2008 to live as close as possible to her art. She works with all the products offered by Guadeloupe: cocoa, coffee, fruit, roots, vegetables, flowers. All this work is part of the artisanal production chain highlighted during the presentations.
