This new restaurant, with its terrace in front of Punta Petrolo in the center of Castelmare del Golfo, is without a doubt one of its best restaurants. The Sardinian polpette (sardine dumplings with tomato) are absolutely divine as a starter, as are the sea urchins. Here we serve perfectly grilled whole fish or delicately marinated fish fillets. The chef's welcome is equal to his 100% Sicilian cuisine, made from the best local fish and with an authentic taste in the plates.
