Parlor is a restaurant with a cosy, intimate lounge atmosphere, complete with upholstered sofa. The owners, Giacomo and Andrea, play the card of creativity and a "home from home" atmosphere. For the main course, the tuna tataki with burrata cream, sautéed peppers with lime and puttanesca crumble is as good as it is beautiful. Creamy vanilla risotto with marinated langoustines, grapefruit and hazelnut arugula pesto. Parlor is also a signature cocktail bar ataperitivo time, and boasts a fine selection of wines from the Botte region.

Se ci fosse la possibilità di assegnare una sesta ⭐lo farei più che volentieri. Location assolutamente calibrata nel designer di stile senza rinunciare alla semplicità di un accoglienza garbata attenta e premurosa. Menù originale tutto da provare! C'è davvero l'imbarazzo della scelta. Cibo sublime così come l'ampia scelta di vini. SUPER CONSIGLIATO!????

5 stelle per il cibo, davvero ottimo, il classico bolognese con qualche variante.
Unica nota negativa - avevamo prenotato per 6 e visto che eravamo solo in 5 ci hanno spostato in un altro tavolo.
