Parlor has recently entered the panorama of restaurants in Bologna. The owners, Giacomo and Andrea, play the card of originality and homemade. In addition to the traditional pasta dishes, the restaurant offers four different tartars on the evening menu as well as fresh fish. Refined cuisine and homemade preparation, even your jam on the cheesecake is made on the spot! Parlor is also a lively cocktail bar at aperitivo time and has a fine selection of wines from all over the peninsula
