Parlor is a restaurant with a cosy, intimate lounge atmosphere, complete with upholstered sofa. The owners, Giacomo and Andrea, play the card of creativity and a "home from home" atmosphere. For the main course, the tuna tataki with burrata cream, sautéed peppers with lime and puttanesca crumble is as good as it is beautiful. Creamy vanilla risotto with marinated langoustines, grapefruit and hazelnut arugula pesto. Parlor is also a signature cocktail bar ataperitivo time, and boasts a fine selection of wines from the Botte region.
