A neighborhood brewery as we like it, in the heart of the historic center of Soave. As soon as the aperitif is served, the good mood is in the air around the wooden counter where the regulars crowd to sip a good glass of local wine and to munch on bruschette and appetizers of all kinds. At the table, authentic and generous cuisine: polenta, bigoli in sauce, baccalà mantecato, but also fresh pasta with truffles, juicy beef ribs, and a trio of polenta that you won't soon forget.

Appena dentro le mura ,vicinissimo al parcheggio .specialità pesce.tutto freschissimo .posto molto accogliente e piacevole e soprattutto non rumoroso.personale gentilissimo e molto attento.consigliatissime le crudite'e l antipasto caldo. I primi favolosi e una menzione speciale al fritto ,buono,tenero,gustosissimo e non unto.buoni 8 dolci e anche il caffè servito accompagnato da meringa alla brace e una strepitosa sbrisolona.vasta scelta di vini locali.consigliatissimo

Da evitare prenotato,il giorno e all'ora stabilita mi trovo all'entrata del ristorante oer festeggiare il compleanno di mia moglie e lo trovo chiuso. Telefono e,con in mano la mail e il numero di prenotazione, mi sento rispondere che possono mandarmi in un altro ristorante. A questo punto decido che in un altro ristorante possono andare loro a vedere come si lavora. Quando si chiedono ai clienti le referenze, servono per comunicare i disguidi, anche da parte dei ristoratori. Ripeto: da evitare
