After several months of work caused by the floods of July 2021, Neumünster Abbey has welcomed a brand new restaurant: the Abtei brasserie, opened in September 2022. The contemporary setting is tastefully decorated (we love the velvet banquettes and seats, and the open bar). The menu features tapas, Luxembourg cuisine favourites (bouchée à la Reine, cordon bleu...) and seasonal dishes. A lunch menu (which changes every week and is very competitively priced) completes the offer.

De Gaart ("the garden" in Lëtzebuergesch), the restaurant of the INNSiDE hotel, focuses on regional and seasonal products. The menu changes from month to month, with several vegetarian options. And when it comes to beverages, the emphasis is on local produce, including a local Riesling. The spacious dining room is decorated with hanging plants and street art, and features a long bar where cocktails are made (try the Sunset Teatime, you'll tell us all about it!). A lovely terrace lets you soak up the sun and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

The first thing that sets this restaurant apart is its rough facade, decorated with beautiful copper lettering. Once through the front door, you discover a bright, tastefully decorated room: cement tiles on the floor, open bar, hanging plants, light bulbs... The menu evolves with the seasons, offering a weekly menu, platters to share, as well as delicious seafood. House specialties include lobster, crab and prawns, sold by weight. Seafood platters are available by reservation only.

Like its hotel, the Mama Shelter restaurant welcomes you in a subdued, friendly atmosphere, with a pop, colorful decor. From the carpeting to the ceiling, patterns are the order of the day, while a large backlit pink marble bar takes pride of place at the entrance to the room. The menu offers French bistronomy-style cuisine: simple yet gourmet and beautifully presented dishes, as well as a fine selection of pizzas. We highly recommend the sea bream ceviche! On Sundays, an all-you-can-eat buffet is available for an ultra-gourmet brunch.
