The Asador Aritza is a restaurant with a decoration as warm as its owners, Juanjo and Aurora, who offer traditional regional cuisine made with delicious seasonal products. You can taste vegetables from the fields or vegetable garden (mushrooms, asparagus, red and green beans, spinach), meats (mainly beef but also seasonal game, especially pigeon), fish a la parilla, and the typical ajoarriero. Each ingredient comes from organic agriculture and livestock farming. An authentic address.

Since 1974, the Suñe family has been at the helm, and now the third generation is working to maintain the restaurant's positioning: a family kitchen that relies on the quality of the products. Its specialties are paellas and black rice, served with prawns and mushrooms for example. The space is small and the house is sought after, so it is better to book in advance, especially if you want to come on the weekend. Located in the historical center, near the old port, this restaurant was founded in 1966 and is now run by the grandchildren of the pioneers. For more than 50 years, it has welcomed within its walls a whole generation of hikers, mountaineers, skiers and travellers who love the Camprodon Valley. Continuing the legacy of its founders, Sidro and Ventureta, the Vila-Badosa family offers excellent meats from the valley made a la brasa de carbó (charcoal brazier) and traditional recipes adapted to today's cuisine, using fresh seasonal produce (hunting, spring vegetables, autumn mushrooms). Beautiful wine cellar.

Opened in 1988 by Ina, a self-taught artist with a passion for cooking, and Josep, a Catalan who toured the kitchens of the best hotels in Europe before moving to Formentera, Cafè Matinal is a real institution! As its name suggests, this little address hidden away in a pedestrian alleyway specialises in brunches and breakfasts based on fresh, home-made products. Very cute setting, reasonable prices, we're not afraid to say it, it's one of the best addresses on the island for a sweet and sour breakfast.

In a warm rustic decor all in wood, you will taste a generous traditional cuisine. Propeller fan, old photos on the walls, craftsman's tools... A real little tavern! Country salad, mussels in marinara, squid with squid ink, octopus salad (very tender), conill amb ceba (rabbit)... The restaurant is also known for its excellent fresh fish (the owner has won several fishing competitions!). Don't forget the desserts, they are to die for! A must, in our opinion.

A table run by Italians, on the Es Pujols promenade. Can Loca spreads out its large terrace (nicely illuminated in the evening) facing the Big Blue. Iodized meal with the sound of the waves. The cuisine is based on the great classics of Andalusian gastronomy, which will allow you to try some of their signature dishes such as "rabo de toro" (a kind of stew), "fritura de pescado" (a kind of fish fry) or "carne a la brasa" (a kind of stew).
