Close to the tourist office and the town hall, this small restaurant launched by Carlos, a big hard-rock fan who organized the Rock en Frío festival, is now run by his brother Jesus and his wife Patri. With beautiful à la carte proposals and meticulous presentations. It is advisable to try the morcilla con cebolla, a deliciously seasoned pudding, flamenco, a homemade escalope filled with ham and breaded, and the cheeses of Montefrío, a goat with a justified reputation, accompanied by honey and jam. Which will serve as cheese and dessert. To be enjoyed in a charming setting decorated with old tools or on the terrace, very pleasant on sunny days. And let's be reassured that the rock festival always brings fans together in August.
